  Mrs. Theresa ensures this property is safe, clean, and a place that we residents can call home! I've been here for 2 years and my children and I love the atmosphere, the support from the staff, especially towards the youth. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice and reasonable home to definitely pay Groves of Lawrenceville a visit!

  Now idk where to start….. I guess where i filled out the application. So recently i completed a application and had to pay a $300 deposit i was approved for the townhome and everything we also scheduled a tour now the unit that i seen during the tour wasn’t the best but it was doable and decent. after we applied and everything went well we was chosen a unit number and wanted to see the unit before move in. Mann when i tell you the lady dominique that help was nice and helpful but also told me that i could possibly get the unit that i saw but couldn’t bc someone else move in. so the unit i was assigned to was horrible and look like section 8 and we don’t evan have any of that. the front door looked like someone kicked the shit in and the unit look so old and outdated it was just horrible and where we stay play now is luxury compared to these apartments i guess i didn’t know that they where hood low income apartments because it was a well kept command it was clean but the unit itself wasn’t what we expected. we had just got approved a few days how someone else got the unit that you showed me. all to say i think they leave one great decent unit to use for touring cuz this was ridiculous. then they kept the deposit it’s like you have to pay and fill application in order to know what unit you will be in . this was a horrible experience However we will be staying at your current apartment they so much better lol they $2100 instead of $1669. IF you want better you will have to pay the price you pay for what you get.

  First I’mma start off with saying the maintenance man that showed us the apartment was a cool guy really love the apartment and the amenities that he had to offer. Secondly, Miss Dominique, the leasing agent made me feel as if I would get approved. I explained to her our income situation she said with no hesitation go ahead and apply then we get a call back a couple days later, stating that the manager didn’t want to go through with the process, only reason I was given was rental requirements. I’m not sure what that means but they did not go into further details to tell me why we weren’t approved which I know they do know why they we weren’t approved really broke my heart because I felt and I knew that we could afford that apartment. We work hard, and this is mighty funny how you have to be at a certain income limit to be approved, but we were still denied. I say that to say, I will never listen to a leasing agent again.

  I'm here giving Ms Dominique her FLOWERS because she is absolutely AMAZING.. I applied last month and it went so smooth.. she was very pleasant and patient with the process.. From greetings to tour and moving in.. She has a lovely personality.. I'm so grateful for her she had everything setup for us before the move in date.. It's been 2 weeks now and we are loving it...
