  I scheduled an apartment tour 2 weeks prior and received constant emails leading up to AND the day before my tour date confirming that the tour will still be conducted (yes I did confirm that I will be touring). Received a call roughly 20-30 minutes before my appointment stating that they didn’t have any availability and if I would like to reschedule. I’m from out of town btw so you can see how that would be an issue. I understand things happen but the situation overall just felt very unprofessional.

  Not the best place to live, little kids are everywhere and they will sometimes hit your cars, smells like smoke 23/7 and it takes a long time to get maintenance ( they only have one poor soul usually helping to fix things)

  I love everything about living here, except the pool is never open in the summer. It's peaceful, safe, clean, and friendly neighbors.

  This occurred on move in day! I am extremely disappointed with how this property has handled what should be considered an emergency maintenance situation especially on my first day living here. My children and I are without working AC, and the temperature inside reached 81 degrees and continued to rise. My 11-year-old daughter was recently prescribed an inhaler, and now my 6-year-old daughter has started vomiting after being in the hot apartment. The property’s policy considers loss of AC an emergency, yet the on-call maintenance technician told me he would not come out because it was dark outside as in nighttime, even though there is lighting outside. No one came to repair the AC, and no one even offered us fans or any temporary solution. Filters dirty! The maintenance man told me this heat won’t harm us! I just moved my children into this home and should not have to spend our first night dealing with conditions that could affect their health. Tenants pay rent expecting a safe, livable home and reasonable emergency maintenance service. This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses this situation immediately. Save yourself a problem I do not recommend this property! Update: Emailed management No Response! Maintenance delivered two portable a/c units as my emergency apparently has to get in line with all the other work orders. I still don’t recommend and I wish I could get out of this bad agreement! Update: 9/05/2026 Unit still has no A/C… maintenance staff hasn’t even come back! It is 84 degrees right now. Leasing staff that I’ve come in contact with plays nice until you sign are full of excuses & lies but I guarantee you this would be unacceptable for themselves and their family.

  Just so you know, they have a 50 pound weight limit on dogs. Did not tell me this before I sent the $75 to apply, then asked if I was willing to give up my dog. Absolutely insane.
