  I have been living at The Groves for almost two years now. It wasn’t initially my first choice for my family, but I’m not mad at it at all. Teresa is a good manager who makes sure business gets handled, and both maintenance and cleaning are taken seriously here. Over the last year, the gym has had a real facelift and is much cleaner than when I first moved in. When I’m at the pool with my kids, I used to run home to use the restrooms, but I’m never nervous about using them in the clubhouse now, things can get a little dirty when you’re sharing common spaces but its been on point. Overall, I’ve been really surprised by the experience, and I never knew living across the street from Walmart could be this enjoyable.

  Dominique is a very unprofessional "leasing agent". I've been in sales for 21 years and she's in the top 10 of just the worst. Do not rent here.

  Mrs. Theresa ensures this property is safe, clean, and a place that we residents can call home! I've been here for 2 years and my children and I love the atmosphere, the support from the staff, especially towards the youth. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice and reasonable home to definitely pay Groves of Lawrenceville a visit!
