Disgusted & degraded!! I visited Anzio Apartments today as a prospective resident and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I entered the leasing office, sat down quietly, and waited approximately 10–15 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the leasing woman. There was no greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” no eye contact , nothing. Even the people she was working with at least looked at me.
I completely understand if staff are busy assisting other residents or applicants, but basic professionalism and courtesy go a long way, especially when someone is considering signing a lease and making a property their home.
The apartments may be competitively priced, but the experience left me feeling unwelcome and ignored. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one removed the property from consideration for me entirely. Also, the lot across the street is unkept and looks abandoned.
Excelente atención nos ofrece mucha ayuda
Nuestra mi amiga Wendy Galindo muy buena atención al cliente
Anzio is awesome. This is my third time living here. Spacious and clean. Veronica and Angela are very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance is so bad I have been constantly requesting for maintenance and they never come it’s been months and nothing is fixed
My experience at this property has been extremely disappointing from day one.
From the beginning of my lease, both the leasing agent Wendy Galindo and the property manager Angela Cabreja have repeatedly dismissed concerns by attributing ongoing issues to the property being “very old,” as if that justifies the lack of proper maintenance and unresolved conditions inside the unit.
Instead of addressing the problems meaningfully, the response has often been to suggest that I can simply cancel my lease since I am still within the required timeframe. This comes across as dismissive and unrealistic, especially considering that moving is not a simple process and involves significant financial and logistical burden for residents.
Additionally, I reported a mold issue over a week ago, and the only action taken so far was sending someone to spray a vinegar-water solution, with no further inspection, remediation plan, or proper follow-up. This is especially concerning given the potential health implications.
On top of that, multiple maintenance issues reported within less than a week have been marked as “completed” even when the work was either not fully done or only partially addressed. This creates a false sense of resolution while the actual problems remain.
Communication throughout this process has felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and resident concerns do not appear to be handled with the seriousness they deserve.
Overall, while the property itself has potential, the management approach has made the living experience very stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend leasing here based on how maintenance issues and resident concerns are currently being handled.
