  Management is very unprofessional. Don’t recommend the apartments either. Infested with pest and very unreliable amenities. Very good trap spot if you lowkey about it tho

  Everything is very good but as they explain that they steal it in the. Face they come out with that the deposit is 1000 and then that if you have the credit low they raised me almost to 2000 dollars only deposit apart from the rent that was 1600 and peak of rent we gave 75 of application and 175 that are refundable in case they do not approve then we cancel the process because it was too much the deposit for 2 quarters we do not continue we cancel and we come out with that the 175 they are not going to return them because we cancel what a poorer explanation if you put that they are going to return them and then that they do not want to steal in the face of one if they say it is only 175 they are a day of work that is not going to come to my house no one to give it to give it to me they should be more serious a chafa explanation that they give but that they give them .   Excelente atención en la parte administrativa, excelente instalaciones recreativas, el departamento especial y precios bajos que en otro complejo no puedes encontrar, yo estoy contenta porque me ayudaron mucho a encontrar un departamento acorde a mi presupuesto y cómodo para mi y mis hijos, gracias le doy un 100% de recomendación...

  Mike was a miracle worker , also an amazing technician!!!! Knocked out 2 birds with 1 stone under 30 mins !!! Fixed the dryer and the ac in my unit!

  Ive been living here for a little over two and recently whoever is in pf the work orders likes to close them and not do them .i never had an issue but they just close them and not perform any work . Its been over a month since i summited some work orders first it was in progress for over two weeks until i called and now when i complaint they closed them . Angela definitely likes to lie about it too i wouldnt trust her she said in an email she had already placed me on pest control liat they were suppose to show up and nobody ever came. And when i told her about my work order all she said was that they were waiting on the piece to come mind you over a month . Its been a week since i spoke to her and nothing either. Than one of the worked closed my work order and wrote that he was closing it because i couldn't have someone under 18 which NOBODY IS HERE!!! And than he said the dog but the dog is in the room . They had an infestation pf roaches and its disgusting and i will be complaining to corporate and the BBB because this apt is inhabitable the fact that there roAches falling from a ceiling and just every where you turn . I pay my rent on time every month and you guys cheating me out my money. Update : they dont care i have email thousands of times and put countless work orders in and ANGELa is not help. You want to waste money definitely move in here . I wouldnt even write a review when your tourimg or when you do your move in because most of this reviews are lies she knows who i am yah can definitely contact me or even do what ive been asking for over a month now and hoch is peat control cant even cook comfortably or lay anywhere comfortably without a coackroach falling on you . Sitting here fighting roaches is crazy
