  Had a tour with Carrie. She was super helpful and answered all my questions. I appreciated the fact she was a real personable person unlike some leasing people these days are more sales oriented than customer service agents. Based on my experience, Mod Villas is at the top of my list.

  Don’t expect a quick response or refund if you end up putting in an application and don’t get approved. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since they told me I would be getting the $200 reservation fee refunded and I have yet to see it. On top of that it’s extremely difficult to get a response back from them even if you send multiple emails. Edit: After the property manager cathy reached out and explained the situation properly & thoroughly I am adjusting my review accordingly from 1 star to 4. I would recommend applying and or renting despite the issues I had.

  The property is clean and nice to live in! Its also conveniently located in the heart of Kingsland so going to the grocery store is only a few minutes away. Management is always helpful- Cathy Lewis and Kaylyn always check up on us to see if we need anything (: Overall 10/10 experience!
