  The Community is beautiful, the staff is nice & maintenance stays on top of their job, however this community has a serious smoking problem. The Community is advertised as smoke free which attracted me here however within the first month of me living here I immediately noticed the smoking issue inside my unit as well as outside. I smell the smoke through the day and night, inside my laundry area, my bathroom closet, my bedroom and living room. I smell it coming front the HVAC closet & vent as well. As much as the staff tries to address this issue via emailing reminders & leaving notices on the doors, it doesn't resolve this issue. If smoke free is the thing that is attracting you here I advise you to seek somewhere else, otherwise you will find your self in a uphill, endless battle of trying to deal with this issue. I wish I could have been warned prior to signing that lease, but hey at least I get to save the next family trouble. This is a major issue in this community and it's not talked about enough. Most tenants are just unfortunately "dealing" with it & not reporting. I know, bc I've spoken with several tenants from each building and they all have confirmed they smell smoke.

  I couldn't be more excited to move into this beautiful place! Everyone here has been so great and hospitable! They made moving in enjoyable and such a breeze. Very excited to be apart of the Twenty25 family and to have my baby girl grow up in such a classy and chic place and I cannot go on enough about our beautiful view. We will definitely have a blast going and feeding all the ducks at the lake on the gazebo. My family is just so appreciative of the wonderful Twent25 staff. I highly suggest this for a home. It's nothing less than perfect.

  My wife and I looked at these apartments as they had just opened. They are clean, very nice, and properly screen applicants. The complex itself is secure. the pricing is somewhat high but it helps to limit clientele.
