  I enjoyed my time living at 2025. The staff is always pleasant, and the maintenance team promptly addressed any issues I had. My first year here was excellent. However, after renewing my lease and moving to a different unit within the complex, my experience dropped from a 5-star to a 4-star rating due to a few issues: - Smoking: The neighbor below me frequently smoked on her balcony and in front of her garage, causing smoke to drift into my apartment. It also appeared she smoked indoors, as smoke traveled through the HVAC system and caused significant black soot discoloration on my bedroom carpet. - Pest Control: The second unit had an issue with roaches, so I recommend setting up monthly pest control treatments for that building. - Property Upkeep: There has been an increase in pet owners not picking up after their dogs, leaving waste throughout the grounds despite management's email reminders.

  The Community is beautiful, the staff is nice & maintenance stays on top of their job, however this community has a serious smoking problem. The Community is advertised as smoke free which attracted me here however within the first month of me living here I immediately noticed the smoking issue inside my unit as well as outside. I smell the smoke through the day and night, inside my laundry area, my bathroom closet, my bedroom and living room. I smell it coming front the HVAC closet & vent as well. As much as the staff tries to address this issue via emailing reminders & leaving notices on the doors, it doesn't resolve this issue. If smoke free is the thing that is attracting you here I advise you to seek somewhere else, otherwise you will find your self in a uphill, endless battle of trying to deal with this issue. I wish I could have been warned prior to signing that lease, but hey at least I get to save the next family trouble. This is a major issue in this community and it's not talked about enough. Most tenants are just unfortunately "dealing" with it & not reporting. I know, bc I've spoken with several tenants from each building and they all have confirmed they smell smoke.

  This place has roaches and other bugs. Twenty 25 hires someone to spray for insects but it doesn’t work. I kill bugs more I should have to kill bugs in my unit especially after they have supposedly put down bait. Paying for luxury learning but still having to deal with bugs is ridiculous. Also if you live on bottom you can hear every single footstep. My neighbors sound like they are r driving a train above my head. Lastly, this place is infested with stray animals. I found poop on my welcome mate. This company did not replace my mat, instead they picked up the poop and left my mat in front of my door after I complained and said that I will not remove the poop and my mat is no longer usable. I do not have any pets yet I’m dealing with poop! My upstairs neighbor Ms. Deb said she had poop on her rug too! She had to replace her own rug and the office did not follow up on her complaint. My rent is still full price and yet I’m dealing with nonsense! My goal is not to renew my lease next year.

  READ BEFORE MOVING HERE. Property management isn't concerned with your safety or well-being. Upstairs neighbor kicked my girlfriend's front door and left a shoe print and management didn't do anything about it. If you do for some reason move here, highly recommend installing a ring camera since photo proof wasn't enough (photo attached). Walls are paper thin and you can hear dogs barking and people playing music all hours of the night. Even if you make 100 noise complaints nothing will be done about it. Also, be careful parking your car here. Multiple vehicles have had wheels and rims stolen with their car left on cinder blocks. You would think your car is safe since it is a gated community but clearly not the case. UPDATED with response to owner: She did reach out to the office multiple times and was given zero help. That is the issue... and I mentioned that above where I said "management didn't do anything about it". She no longer lives here (for good reason).
