  I am deeply disappointed in my experience with this apartment community. While the location is appealing and the property itself is charming, the management's interpretation of a "family environment" does not align with what was represented. The Legacy website highlights a 12-seat dining room and guest parking as part of the amenities. Those features strongly suggested that family gatherings and shared meals were encouraged and supported. That understanding influenced our expectations and decision to be here. Milestones are important - especially later in life - and they are worth celebrating. When years together are limited, those moments carry even greater meaning. Time with family is precious, and we simply want the opportunity to share and celebrate those occasions in a way that reflects what was advertised.

  Walton Kennesaw Mountain is a very well-maintained residence for senior citizens. The staff goes out of their way to provide care and attention when needed. Activities are provided with participation by the staff. Overall, an excellent Apartment experience.

  Words can't begin to express how happy I am for Vincent with the maintenance team here at the Legacy. My HVAC had gone out and he went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired. May I add it was a beast and he conquered it and all is good in my world as a result of that. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I want to add to the above that once again the Maintenance Team, Vincent and Woody went above and beyond to repair another AC issue in my Apartment. I can't thank you guys enough for working so hard on this and never giving up. I know it was a beast and beyond hot on that roof but you guys stayed with it to make sure I am now cool and comfortable. THANK YOU BOTH! I'd like to add that this past week I had gotten locked out of the building and my apartment. I call the emergence number and Aurelio (hope I spelled name correct) quickly came to my rescue. He was very kind and understanding. He gets a GOLD star in my book. Thanks so much!

  Beautiful apartments, wonderful people and great staff made the decision to downsize an easy one for us.
