- ACAdalberto Cordero2 days ago1.0Nickel and dime you with fees for everything without proper evidence. Someone left a box by my door and was fined, no communication aside of an email sent to me that I was being fined.
- JDjaelynn derricott4 days ago5.0I wanted to give a huge shoutout to both Paris and Cesar on the maintenance team! My washer decided to flood the floor today and not only did Paris immediately call me back, but Cesar was on his way within 30 minutes of the emergency. The maintenance team is always on top of things. Paris and Cesar are exceptional at their job and have great customer service skills!

The hallway to the apartments were in rough shape- paint peeling, water, etc. But the biggest issue I had was that I called for 10 days in a row to get the outlet in my bathroom fixed which broke. Every day, I was assured that maintenance would fix the issue that day. Since the electrical outlet became inoperable, the issue was never resolved for the entire rest of my stay. This is unacceptable customer service and poor managment.

Management has been a blessing and so easy compared to other apartments my partner and I have lived in. The maintenance team are some of the best men you will encounter & are always able to help. Jabril is honestly what makes this place what it is and he is the one who has made us come back for two years in a row now. Of course you will hear noise & be around college students but that’s what comes with being in Kennesaw and I think The Delaney has done an outstanding job.
