  Since this new company took over, it is hard to get anything fixed in our apartments and they add charges to your rent when they make mistakes. Appliances are not “luxury” as described. Walls are paper thin. Office staff not helpful at all. Don’t be fooled. In reply, I have been speaking with the Assistant Manager who also does not care to help. I’ll reach out to corporate.

  Joseph was phenomenal. He supported both me and my roommate from start to finish, guiding us through two tours with clear communication, genuine enthusiasm, and consistent follow‑ups—even beyond normal business hours. His dedication to his clients truly stands out. Any issue we had was resolved quickly and professionally. Highly recommend working with Joseph.

  Could not express my disappointment in the staff here enough. We were touring apartments in the area and our tour person (Dakota) let us know that IF we complete our application same day, we would be able to secure their 2-month free special. We expressed hesitation as we were just starting our tour journey, he told us that AT ANY TIME we could pull out before any leases were made and that we would be refunded. we double checked as we know many places have different application policies and he confirmed. Fast forward we decided not to proceed and emailed/called the property on multiple occasions to get our money back and heard nothing. we emailed back and were told someone would reach out...they didn't. Now to the second character at this establishment we met..their name was a bit hard to hear on the phone but they claim to handle marketing. Perhaps the rudest human being + customer service provider we have ever spoken to. Instead of connecting us to a manager and working WITH us to get to the bottom of the miscommunication, they were combative and waited until we asked multiple times to be connected to ANY manager or staff member actually willing to work WITH us, not against. Instead of connecting us directly, they insisted they'd be included...almost like they wanted to save face for how rudely they were acting. They told us they'd call us back shortly with the manager and we insisted we ONLY wanted to speak to the manager.. after that back and forth they obliged and we never heard back from them nor the manager--they completely ghosted us. An important note I made clear: If someone in your office is providing incorrect & misleading information, wouldn't management want to understand the problem? get a handle and work with us on a solution? You'd think so, that is what customer service is supposed to be all about. my advice is, record any conversations--GA is a one-way consent state, and move to one of the kinder more helpful apartments in the region. The good price isn't worth front office staff who is trying to work against you, not with you.

  I’ve been a resident here at the Delaney and any time I’ve had any sort of issue or needed help Cruz has always been there to help me with every step. Also ever since Joseph joined the team he has also been great at assisting me any time I’ve contacted the office.
