  The Apartments itself is nice, however beware of management offering on false promises. When me and my roommates first initially signed the lease we were promised a $500 Visa gift card AND a $300 gas gift card by Cruz. Our lease started back is July and we now about to enter into October with none of the specials they promised. We are constantly having to go back and forth with management to resolve the issue, but nothing is getting done. Honestly disappointing how they will promise these things and not deliver on it once the lease is signed. There is nothing we can do and they lied. I’m shocked no one has taken legal action yet against the company.

  The apartment is nice but the office makes empty promises. They say things to get you to sign on the lease but then don’t actually give you the items. Then they blame it on corporate. The staff says one thing and then you go in a different day and they say another. Cruz and the assistant manager have lied to us multiple times. Along with other staff in the office. It’s outrageous. This has happened to multiple people within this complex. The referral bonus has not been provided, nor the sign off bonus and it has been 4 months.

  I had such a phenomenal experience touring with Cruz! He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable, and did an amazing job highlighting everything the community has to offer. You can truly tell that he cares about providing a great experience and making sure prospective residents feel valued. I really appreciate his time and professionalism and would absolutely recommend working with him if you’re looking for your next home!

  Absolutely — here’s a polished review that is honest about the security concerns while strongly highlighting Joseph’s excellent customer service: I had a mixed experience living at The Ashton. Unfortunately, one of my biggest concerns was the lack of security. While I was out of town, my car was hit, and there were no security cameras available to help identify what happened. The buildings also do not have locks, which made me uncomfortable from a safety and security standpoint. I believe these are areas that management should seriously consider improving for the peace of mind of current and future residents. Despite those concerns, one person who truly made my experience at The Ashton more enjoyable was Joseph in the leasing office. Joseph consistently goes above and beyond to help residents and does so with a genuine smile and positive attitude. He is incredibly personable, professional, and always willing to assist whenever I have a question or concern. In my experience, Joseph stands out as the most personable and professional employee at The Ashton. Although my overall experience had its challenges, I really appreciate the effort Joseph puts into making residents feel heard, valued, and supported. He is definitely an asset to the Ashton team.
