It's been a depressing year. 1) Hidden fees, I'm sure it doesn't sound much, but it's maddening when you are paying a locker fee when you can't get access, pest control when no one EVER comes to treat anything while cockroaches are in the kitchen, and "valet" trash pick up at a weird hour and always miss it when you need it the most. 2) Dog poop everywhere. This is seriously one of the most offensive issues, but no one seems to care when multiple complaints are registered. 3) Inconsistent office staffing. Good luck finding anyone on Saturday when the office is supposed to open. 4)Staff members may be nice only when they sign you up. They really don't care when it comes to day-to-day customer experience. 5) All sorts of tech issues with the portal when I signed up for the portal. --- Why don't you include these in the rent and call them what they are? None of these are optional: Monthly Damage Waiver Program Posted from 6/1/2026 to 6/30/2026 (ida09Pm00001GUGKGIA5) + $21.00 Pest Control (06/2026) + $5.00 Package Locker (06/2026) + $10.00 Valet Pickup (06/2026) + $25.00 Admin Fee Usage From 04-01-2026 to 04-30-2026 + $5.00

We had such a great time during the tour, and his excitement to help me really stood out. He took the time to answer my questions, walk me through everything, and help me make my final decision. The property is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are amazing! I'm so excited to call this my new home.
