  I’ve felt safe here and comfortable. Billy, head maintenance guy, has been a fixture here and holds everything together. He cares about people, his work, and always leaves a lasting, positive impact.

  My mother-in-law currently lives at this apartment complex, and yesterday my fiancé and I came to visit her. We were also interested in potentially moving here ourselves, so we wanted to spend some time checking out the property and amenities. While my mother-in-law and I were at the pool, my fiancé went to play basketball. An employee named Charlie approached him and immediately asked if he lived there. Before my fiancé even had a chance to answer, Charlie told him that if he did not live there, he would have him trespassed. The interaction came across as very rude and unprofessional. My mother-in-law then went to speak with Charlie and explained that we were her guests and were visiting both her and the property because we were considering becoming residents ourselves. Charlie came back outside, and at that point I realized that he actually knew my fiancé from high school. Despite already knowing who he was and hearing the explanation that we were legitimate guests of a resident, he continued speaking to my fiancé in a disrespectful manner and threatening to have him trespassed, even though we had done absolutely nothing wrong. This experience left a very negative impression on us. We were seriously considering moving here, but after the way we were treated, I do not think we will be. Residents and their guests should be treated with respect, and I believe management should address how some front office staff interact with people. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this was not a good one.

  Well kept great, place to live. Maintenance issues are fixed very quickly and efficiently.

  The complex took away the maintenance option when you call. My grandmas air conditioner went out on the weekend and was unable to get anyone on the phone to fix it. It’s 100 degrees outside!!
