  I rarely make reviews but i needed to make this one! Me and my boyfriend waited over an hour for our tour yesterday there was only one person there and we sat outside waiting for our tour. The only thing we met that day was a HUGE black SNAKE!!! At the leasing office, as someone with a hugeeee phobia that was alot for me baby I left so fast. I then learned that the apartments have rats which made sense why the snake was there. Its hot the place is by a lake and the snakes have lots of food!! The snake was an Eastern Ratsnake, be wary of the apartments in that area because im sure they know of the situation they’re in, it gave they just dont care!!

  I would highly recommend VBTL for your next move-in—earning a strong 4.6 out of 5 stars. It’s an excellent option when priced appropriately for your needs. New modernized apartments and neighboring shopping centers. Special thanks to Bryannia, an outstanding agent and onboarding specialist who supported us every step of the way. Moving can be challenging, but with the right team, the process is seamless.

  My recent visit to Villas by the Lake was a delightful leasing experience. Ms. B. was caring, thorough and professional. She was not stiff, but was engaging and she seems to have a genuine and sincere interest in finding the right unit for my family. I like the resort presentation entrance to the property. The units are a nice size. I look forward to, after movIng in to my unit, experiencing more of the same professiinalism from the management and staff which I received from the leasing agent.
