Just was there for a tour. I waited 25 minutes no help. When I finally was able to receive help only the model was available. They don’t show actual units which is a no go for me. A waste of time. I didn’t feel welcomed or attended to when I came in. Very bad experience. I can only imagine what residents go through.

Kathy is a joy to work with! She is knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed during my visit. The community is clean and the floor plans are appointed nicely. Definitely a great community!

I would highly recommend leasing with Villas by the lake. The property and units are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Been living here for 2 years and the staff are so informative and maintenance team works at a great timely manner when a request is completed. I just seen that they started to do little events in the common area that I’ve enjoyed.
