  We have lived here for three years. During our tenure here, this has very much felt like home. It is comfortable, safe, clean and conveniently located in the heart of Johns Creek. I highly recommend you consider making this your home too. I had opportunity to interact with Senior Level Management over a minor maintenance issue. Together, we found a fast resolution that was mutually satisfactory. If you are looking for a place to call home for a while and wish for a safe community, look no further. Lastly, you won't find a nicer swimming pool during the hot Georgia Summer- now, sign the lease, you won't regret it. While we moved on, Craftsman Street will always be a little piece of home for us. A special thank you to Abby Couick for top tier professionalism and establishing a team of professionals in the leasing business.

  HARRY really takes pride in his job, in his property, and I'm his customer service, I really appreciate him as a maintenance man. He doesn't slack or miss a beat. He's here to help when you need him. Than you Harry

  I do NOT recommend moving here. The very recent change in office staff is the most incompetent staff in the over 5 years I have lived here, with the manager at the top of the list. They do not respond or follow-up to calls, emails, or in-person requests. The courtesy officer is just as unresponsive. There is nothing done about the unruly and disruptive behavior of the many kids at the pool and playing ball in the parking lot throughout the complex. Along with the gates that don't work properly, this is a safety issue. The only positive is the hard-working maintenance staff constantly called on to put fixes on the multiple issues within these old apartments.

  Super cute property. Love the attached shops and retail!
