  April 18,2026. The same issues are starting again. I have lived here for 5+ years and every spring/summer unsupervised teenagers and parties are at the pool at night at 10 PM 11 PM and later. Management does not care. They are NOT here at those hours. they don’t have to worry about it until Monday when the people that live at the pool have had to deal with it at night all summer. Management does not enforce the Pool hours which supposedly the pool closes at 9 PM. But no one is here to enforce it. And it does not affect management it affects the people that live at the pool. Last night typical Friday night unsupervised teenagers at the pool after 9 PM along with a party. Management rents out and allows people to use the coffee lounge next to the pool for parties and those parties end up spilling out into the pool area all night.100% of the time. Just like last night. Management does not care. If they cared, they wouldn’t allow parties at the pool. and it does NO good to call the courtesy officer if we even have one at this point? Because they do not respond. People pay good money to live here and we have to put up with this crap every weekend from spring to fall. And most weekends we (that pay to live here) can’t even enjoy the pool because it is overrun with unsupervised obnoxious kids and teenagers. Birthday parties, graduation parties etc which have invited people that don’t even live here. They Take over the entire pool and grill area and people like me who live at the pool and pay to live here can’t enjoy the amenities. Not to mention the loud car squealing tires etc around the parking lot/streets. This has been an ongoing issue for years.

  I would not recommend this property. I have been a resident for 5 years and have seen multiple management companies come and go, which shows in the lack of consistency and service. Maintenance requests take far too long to be resolved, and communication is poor. I also experienced a serious issue where maintenance entered my apartment without notice, left my door unlocked, and left their keys inside raising major safety concerns. I was also informed there is currently no active management. Additionally, the office is closed today (Saturday, 4/4) without any proper notice to residents, and there is no staff present even though their hours of operation are listed as Monday through Saturday. Overall, very disappointing experience.

  I stayed here for 6 months and I would like to shout out for excellent and professional service of this community! The manager mr Bradley cook help us for easy settlement, and we really enjoyed the facility and. I introduced my friend to rent here!

  Brad has been amazing to since we moved into the Reserve at Johns Creek in June. He has responded to all our requests in a very timely manner. We are an older couple and he is there to help us under any circumstance. He is really an amazing person and an asset to the community. Keep up the great work Brad.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👍🏽
