  This is honestly one of the worst places you could choose to rent. We have been living here for several months, and when we first came to tour the apartment, we were shown a pool and a gym as part of the amenities. However, the entire summer passed and the pool was never opened. The gym was also closed for remodeling. On top of that, there is constantly construction happening in the hallways. Several times when I was trying to leave the parking area, maintenance or construction vehicles were blocking the way, and I had to sit there and wait. The workers painting the hallways have also triggered the fire alarms, and one morning I had to listen to the alarm going off for around 15 minutes. I won’t even get into the cockroaches and other insects we have had inside the apartment. So what exactly are we putting up with all of this for? Are we paying less rent because we have fewer amenities and less peace and quiet? No. We are paying full rent while getting less comfort, fewer amenities, and constant inconvenience. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I will absolutely be moving out as soon as my lease is over. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

  Communication post-move was horrible—they rarely answer the phone. You're lucky to get a call back in the same week or a call back at all. I gave my forwarding address to three separate employees and was repeatedly told my deposit check being mailed "the next business day" which never happened. It took months of unreturned calls and my father physically going into the office to get my check while on a work trip in the area, which hadn't even been cut until he was standing in front of them. On top of that, after telling me my final utility/bill balance would be deducted from my deposit, they turned me over to a collections agency with zero prior notice. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  Thank you so much Doneshia for helping us a lot in finding the new apartment and the whole transfer process. You always goes extra miles to help other which we have experienced multiple time.

  Worlds worst apartment complex, it’s the end of the July and neither of the pools are open when they said they would be open in the beginning of July which is also bs because it’s summer kids want to go swim ,they make u pay for amenities just to not be able to use them. The gate is always broken, very unwelcoming staff, oh and let’s not talk about the internet!!!! Never works!!!! Everything is so outdated. Also let’s talk about the weirdos that stare at girls when they walk past !! If ur looking for apartments in jc just don’t chose this one and go for Windsor Johns creek ☺️

  I lived at this location for SIX YEARS, back when it was called The Estates at John’s Creek,” overall despite the constant property management changes living here was by far THE BEST living experience I’ve had from any property. Very spacious, for the most part quiet and chill neighbors. Maintenance usually comes in a timely manner and management is pretty competent and reliable. Very well managed and they do their best to keep it clean.
