  Worlds worst apartment complex, it’s the end of the July and neither of the pools are open when they said they would be open in the beginning of July which is also bs because it’s summer kids want to go swim ,they make u pay for amenities just to not be able to use them. The gate is always broken, very unwelcoming staff, oh and let’s not talk about the internet!!!! Never works!!!! Everything is so outdated. Also let’s talk about the weirdos that stare at girls when they walk past !! If ur looking for apartments in jc just don’t chose this one and go for Windsor Johns creek ☺️

  I lived at this location for SIX YEARS, back when it was called The Estates at John’s Creek,” overall despite the constant property management changes living here was by far THE BEST living experience I’ve had from any property. Very spacious, for the most part quiet and chill neighbors. Maintenance usually comes in a timely manner and management is pretty competent and reliable. Very well managed and they do their best to keep it clean.

  Steward Cade is a lifesaver! Our lock was broken and he came quickly, got us in in under an hour. And had the best attitude!

  Sandy Cania was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She responded quickly to my maintenance request and made sure the issue was resolved promptly.   Donesha is a magnificent employee. I want to see her there at all times. As long as she is there, this complex is wonderful, and when I return, I will definitely rent a home here again. Donesha is very intelligent and has a great understanding of people; she is incredibly helpful to everyone, always cheerful, and highly solution-oriented. She single-handedly resolved every issue I had. Your complex is truly wonderful thanks to this woman. Furthermore, the location is excellent, and the complex's amenities are top-notch. The schools are magnificent. I definitely recommend it.
