  I just bought my first house with the help of Jason Banner and his team. They guided me through the whole process making everything as simple and stress free as possible. They were there to answer any questions I had day and night. Next time I buy I house I will definitely be using them again.

  Brian helped us through a challenging situation very professionally. We needed to secure a HELOC due to our well collapsing. This was an urgent need to even get on the well drillers schedule! We were without water for over 5 weeks but Brian and his team took great care of us. They kept us in the loop when we ran into a challenge with the house being in our trust but they stepped up and quickly got it taken care of. Thanks for going the extra mile to get our loan to get our well drilled!! Great service and communication.
