  Relocating from another state can be challenging! Rich and Grace have been our steadfast support system. They’ve provided us with honest insights into the types of neighborhoods that align with our preferences. We are looking for our forever home. They have listened carefully to what is important to us in our home. They continue to thoroughly search on-market listings and options to build. All of which have been excellent choices.   Grace and Rich helped us buy our first home in a competitive market. We didnt know what to expect as first time buyers, but they kept us on track and got us under contract in 2 months. They were available every weekend and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

  Where do I start. We were referred to Red1Realty in Jefferson by our realtor in Ohio. From the initial call to moving into our home the process couldn’t have been better. Excellent communication, and attention to details. Grace, Loryn, and Rich literally made the transition from Ohio to GA easier than we could have imagined. Grace provided the right amount of guidance and insight that helped us understand every step of the process. Loryn was phenomenal at providing weekly updates on our home before we temporarily relocated. I may add that her drone shots of the house was a great added touch. I would 100% recommend their team to any family looking to buy or sell their home and want the best team in Georgia as part of their process! I rarely do long reviews but this team was excellent and they are part of our family now.
