  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED from seeing murders to getting things stolen off my porch and having kids harassing me playing ding dong ditch weekly at my door, damaged property before moving in and zero communication from the office related to financial issues fire alarms going off and them not being able to turn them off for 30 min cause they don’t know how too, the property manager in the white Challenger reckless drives through the apartment complex while kids play, they do not take care of the trash leaving bags outside for weeks without pickup and not to mention over priced. Stay away 💯

  Had an excellent experience at The Columns at Hiram, thanks to Clara Berry. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Clara made everything smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions and guiding me step by step. What stood out the most was her efficiency—she was able to help me secure a unit the very same day. Her dedication and customer service truly made a difference. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a seamless and positive leasing experience.

  Stay here currently and have been here since 2024 the units are supposedly updated but the tubs are is crap shape was supposed to get resurfaced never happened. Management is hard to get a hold of during business hours. They charge for services but it seems like they don’t even occur I don’t get pest control I don’t get quality service paid for trash service but most of the time I have to take it up there. I’m about ready to charge back all the fees because I can’t get it addressed. Not just that but there has been people who don’t know how to pick up after their dogs or keep their pets on leashes. They just don’t care to address anything so I will keep my rating where it is.
