When I first moved into this apartment complex there was an infestation of cock roaches, along with mold on the bedroom ceiling. The cock roaches seemed to only get worse the longer I lived here, and the mold was making me very sick. As time went on I realized my fridge magnets and my clothing I had in my closet, eventually were covered in mold! The cock roaches would crawl on me at night time while I slept and nothing was being done when a maintenance request was sent. The trash is never picked up, the air conditioning unit always leak and break down, the WiFi is the worst of the worst, and the pet fee is highway robbery. Please read all the other 1 star comments before moving here as I failed to do so!
MOLD all over the walls, ROACH infested, and the ac units leak all the time! The walls are super thin, you can hear footsteps and voices from the apartment above you at at all times. Please read all the one star reviews on Google before you give these people your hard earned money! The people who write these one star reviews are tired of the MOLD, ROACHES, and leaking ac units!
Haven’t even lived here for 3 full months and I’ve had to have my air looked at over 6x still doesn’t work properly. Then when you call to have them fixed over half the time no one answers the phone and it takes days for someone to come, mind you it’s over 76-80 degrees. Mold in bathroom vent when we moved in. Window seals also all dirty when moved in. WiFi goes out more than it should mind you that’s an extra 70$ a month. Expected to pick up dog’s poop but trash cans are always so full, dumpster area is actually trifling with the amount of trash surrounded by it. Roach found in our apartment when we keep it extremely cleaned so they don’t spray.

This place is a bit overpriced. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before buying. The doors for these apartments are finicky people get locked out all the time and they do not give you keys. You have to use their Wi-Fi which is overpriced and barely works. And for some reason the Wi-Fi is out frequently. I do not recommend this place.

As of 28APR2026, I have continued to contact the complex via email and in person. I even elevated my complaint to their corporate parent company - Asset Living. Still the company refuses to recall the debt, although I am providing documentation of attempts to pay the invoice during their 7-day notification period. Their undisclosed policy triggered collections, constituting improper and misleading handling under federal consumer protection laws. If you want to contact me, you have my information on file. Please do send me an email.
Original Review:
Liberty Club Apartments is the worst administrative handling I have experienced in rentals. As someone who serves and moves, I recommend you DO NOT rent here. It will cost you time and money, making PCS or moves, a headache and a haunt. They have staff turnover and billing issues. Don’t get me wrong, the on-site staff are polite but somewhere in management or corporate, there is major apathy and neglect. I have record of my last bill and paid in full ledger provided by the apartment staff. Then two months later, I am checking my credit report and they sent a charge to collections without any notification. They have my phone number, didn’t call! I learned after contacting them that they charged me and sent it to collections on the same day (30NOV25) BEFORE notifying me on 01DEC25, apparently the way they have to close their books at the end of each month, which I was never notified of. When I responded as willing to pay and showed good faith by paying my outstanding posted-balance, the apartment complex provided me no route to payment. This is not only a mistake, it is ILLEGAL, under federal consumer protection laws. The staff keeps insisting I pay collections for their mistake, which is paramount to slandering my name and credit for their mess up.
