They do NOT have 1 bedroom apartments. They rent you a room in a 2 Br that you will share with a stranger. The lady at the front desk is not at all friendly and the dumpsters looked like they hadn't been dumped in weeks.

Maintenance moves like pond water. I waited 6 months for a new dishwasher and microwave

Management is lazy, they can’t be bothered to help. I have medication that is time sensitive and needs to be frozen that was mistakenly put in the Amazon hub locker. My husband talked to them about it and they can’t be bothered to help for 5 minutes. Now hundreds of dollars of medication is ruined. This isn’t the first time that happened. Another issue that has been plaguing the property is the fact the dumpster area has not been picked up for at least 2 month. There is garbage on the ground everywhere and is piling up. There has been homeless people dumpster diving in it as well. I feel like staff don’t care and unsafe with this matter.

Recent reviews are all true. They send out emails complaining about not picking up dog poop but all the dog stations are over flowing from not being changed. About mid June now still no pool but you’re paying almost 2,000 a month to live here as thats one of the amenities, took them a month to come fix the multiple work orders I had put in and yet the ac still isn’t working properly. I’ve never had all the acs work properly or at the same time since living here…been here for 5 months now. When you call the office no one ever answers the phone and when they do they’re rude. Roaches. Mold. You name it don’t come here. Dumpster area is completely disgusting just trash EVERYWHERE.

The recent reviews truly don’t lie. I've lived here for several years, and this complex has gone downhill since the original management left. What was once a well-maintained property is now full of trash, overflowing dog waste stations, potholes, and constant maintenance issues. Homeless individuals regularly dumpster dive here and often sleep along the property's grass lines. We had a roof leak for over a year that led to mold issues, and the damage was never properly repaired with water marks down our wall. The AC in our guest room has been broken for our entire stay. The pool is only open for maybe two months out of the year. The mandatory valet trash service is unreliable, yet residents are still charged for it. The final straw was being locked out of our apartment for over an hour when our digital door code suddenly failed after more than two years of living here. After multiple calls and voicemails to the emergency maintenance line, nobody responded. Eventually the door decided to work to which we could fix it ourselves once inside. When I called the office the next business day, I was told it wasn't an emergency and was advised to call a locksmith myself. What concerned me most was that nobody ever followed up to see whether we had actually made it back into our home safely. Any complaint is usually met with "submit a work order" or "we're sorry and will pass your concerns along," but nothing seems to actually change. Meanwhile, rent continues to increase while the quality of the property continues to decline. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere where people truly care about their residents and service members.
