  I was referred to David McDonald Properties by an associate who has rented from them for more than a decade and described their experience as essentially stress-free. After my experience, I can understand why! Their properties are very affordable, which is especially important these days. I contacted the office and Ms. Anna promptly returned my call and scheduled several showings for the very next day. The entire process was seamless, organized, and efficient. Every home I viewed was clean, neat, and well maintained. The community was also quiet and well cared for, with landscaping being done during my visit. It was clear that this company takes pride in its properties and residents. Unfortunately, the homes were smaller than what my family needs, and the location would put me nearly two hours from work. Otherwise, I would absolutely consider renting from them. I also attempted to view properties with other well-known companies in the area, and their processes were nowhere near as easy or organized. I highly recommend David McDonald Properties for their affordability, responsiveness, professionalism, and well-maintained homes!

  I’ve been renting from David McDonald Rentals in Hinesville for over ten years, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding.   I’m extremely frustrated with being charged $45 per person ($90 total) when this situation should have been obvious. My paycheck clearly reflects that I returned to my other jobs, and my temp job was no longer active—even though I had it for about a month. There should have been no assumption or reason to continue charging me at that rate. On top of that, my partner is not even working, so being charged for both of us makes no sense. This feels like an oversight that should have been caught, not something I should be paying for.

  Glad I made the choice to rent with this property. I never had a complaint and anytime I needed something, they were responsive. I highly recommend!
