  I was pondering if I should apply due to the photos and layout of the units I reviewed, which were very nice. However, after reading the reviews concerning roaches, management not having the buildings /stairs pressure washed, the numerous complaints about staff attitudes, the lack of maintenance adhering to issues, the vandalisms that go w/o assistance and seeing pics of spider webs that appears to have been there for years. That thought quickly dissipated. When management shows a lack of care for their own property you can best believe they don't care anything about keeping things conducive for the residents. If anyone is looking for a clean and welcoming property to live on. Try Villas at Hampton. The units, buildings, stairways and property all together are nice, inviting, super clean and quiet. Thank me later.

  I’m giving a low score because major issues I reported on June 11th remain unresolved. The downed fence, the homeless encampment, the feral cat infestation, and now the bent wrought‑iron fence on Lovejoy Road—spread open so people walk through it—are all serious safety problems. On Sept. 1st, three police cars were on the property searching for someone who likely entered through the broken fence. This is exactly what I warned about. Communication from the on‑site manager has been consistently poor, both before and after Fogelman took over, because the same manager was kept. Rent and fees have increased three times in three months with no explanation beyond “it’s in your lease.” I was a landlord for 30 years and never allowed conditions like this. Due to the unresolved safety issues, lack of communication, and unexplained charges, this will be my last year at Lakeside Villas.

  I had a great experience touring Lakeside Villas! The apartments are very well kept, and the team was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the tour. The tour was really informative and gave me a great feel for the property. I really enjoyed my visit!-Jaden

  I had a great experience with Jada at Lakeside Villas! She was very professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I came in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. If you’re looking for a new home at Lakeside Villas, definitely ask for Jada!

  I recently toured these apartments with my fiancé, and we really loved the two‑bedroom layout. Our tour guide, Jada, was amazing — she answered all of our questions and was very pleasant and patient with any concerns we had. Overall, the experience was great and we left feeling confident about the property.
