  Avoid this place at all costs. Your vehicle is NOT safe here—car windows are constantly being smashed, and management does absolutely nothing about it. The apartment itself is a nightmare. It’s infested with cockroaches, especially in the kitchen. You literally have to keep the lights on just to keep them away, and no matter how much you spray or fumigate, they keep coming back. Management is completely useless and doesn’t address any of these issues. This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had.

  Hey everyone i would like to just say that Ms. Morgan over here at lake side villas in Hampton is a awesome person she has been so helpful and wonderful to me throughout my move in process, didn’t even have to ask questions because she answered them all from the beginning 👍 .   The leasing office team is amazing. They are always helpful, professional and respectful.anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance they responded promptly Maintenance is efficient and reliable. It’s clear that management cares about residents and work hard to keep the community running smoothly. It truly feels like home.
