Haven't lived in an apartment in 20 yrs, moved here in transition. Very impressed with this complex, quite, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Its nice that they keep you informed of events and whats to come, (when it comes to maintaining grounds and upgrades). Melissa has been very courteous and pleasant.

I have been at Sterlington Apts for at least a year and haven’t regretted my decision to choose this as a place to live. The apartments themselves are in good condition and have plenty of space for their price point. The staff, both maintenance and admin, are both personable and very helpful with any and all complaints or issues you may have to deal with. In addition, the admin staff provides regular updates in terms of what’s going on and new additions to their apartment complex like their new dog park they have added recently via email. Pets are more than welcomed here within reason and the area does well to provide dog bags for pick up. For those who work on base, the proximity to the base provides great benefits in terms of time and convinces when traveling to work while also avoiding the large amount of traffic that travels through to gate 2.
