  Sterlington apartments gets 5 stars from me. I love the speedy responses from Jerome when it comes maintenance services, return time from our office manager. Dakota is always helpful when dealing with questions concerns and providing documents when needed. Thank you, you guys are awesome!!!!

  We’ve been living at Sterlington Apartments for about 4 months and it's been wonderful! The community is always clean, well-kept, and peaceful. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and you can really tell the management team takes pride in the property. What makes it all the more better is the staff—they're incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Any questions or concerns we’ve had have been addressed quickly, and maintenance has been prompt and efficient every time. We also love the overall atmosphere here. It’s quiet, safe, and has a welcoming community feel. If you’re considering moving, we highly recommend Sterlington Apartments. It’s been a great experience for us so far, and we’re really happy to be here!

  Dakota, the property manager at Sterlington Apartments is absolutely amazing. From the very first phone call to discuss leasing an apartment she was patient, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with getting the apartment lease completed. Dakota has continued to have the same attitude and I've been at the apartments for 3 months now. I'm so happy I made the choice to call this place home! She is answers all of my emails and texts quickly and without hesitation. Dakota always seems happy to hear from me. I've also watched her interact with other residents and she has the same demeanor. The grounds of Sterlington are kept immaculate! I appreciate the grass always being cut and new mulch being put down. I live in one of the townhomes and it is perfect. Jerome the maintenance man is also on point! He is always willing to help out and ready to get the job done! I have never felt like a bother. He comes immediately to fix and repair any issues! I have zero complaints about Sterlington Apartments, the property manager, or maintenance. Keep up the great job! Both Dakota and Jerome are an asset to ATC development. I've stayed in many other apartments and this far exceeds the experiences I've had at other apartment communities where I paid much more for my monthly rent! Thanks so much!
