- DBDavid BarkdollAug 4, 20265.0Tomorrow is our first anniversary of moving in to Sun City Peachtree. The construction manager did a superb job of keeping us informed throughout the build of our house and addressed all the concerns we brought up. Our move in day was rainy and wet but the movers did a great job keeping the mud out of the house and off the new floors. We love the house and our lot. The new neighbors are great - all friendly. The houses are going up right and left around us. The amenity center is abuzz with activities. I've already been in a play, twice a week workouts, pickle ball, water aerobics, yoga, wood working, tai chi, the list of stuff to do goes on. During our first year here the customer care manager was exceptionally diligent in arranging the appropriate professionals to repair/adjust the few problems we discovered. Are we happy with our decision to move here? Yes.
