  Had a great rental experience with my family and friends on Lake Sinclair this past weekend! The house was in great shape and exactly what our large group needed. We had plenty of room for everyone and more. Working with the rental company was simple and easy, too! Would recommend that you give them a try.

  We had a stressful start to our 4th of July getaway when we found out—through another property management company—that our Airbnb was double-booked. With a full family in tow and no place to stay, we were scrambling. That’s when we found Ken and his team at PMI. From the moment we spoke to him, Ken went above and beyond to help us. He not only found us a beautiful property that same day, but he handled everything with fairness, honesty, and professionalism. His communication was clear, his integrity stood out, and he genuinely cared about making sure our holiday wasn't ruined. I can’t thank Ken enough for saving our trip. I highly recommend PMI to both owners and renters. If you’re looking for someone who does things the right way, look no further than Ken and his team.   Escape to Wildwood was the most beautiful home with all kinds of amenities and friendly touches, including a basket of "Welcome" snacks. We spent 3 nights with friends while in Eatonton for our son's wedding Sep 30. We all loved it! We highly recommend this home for any getaway. Right on beautiful Lake Oconee.
