I am a single mother of 2 and am proud to say, I qualified on my own to purchase this house. All the warranties that come with the build will be helpful. They offer incentives being a new community. I moved in with 100% financing and closing costs provided by Ryan homes. Taylor has been so helpful with this entire process. Keeping me updated during the build process. She really worked her resources to make sure I was approved. I’m still in shock. This is my dream come true. I’m so happy and blessed to call this our new home.
