  I love the staff here. They work hard to make our community whole and happy. The only complaint is people coming through with overly loud music. But that can't be controlled. And I do not want to be THAT kind of resident.

  I like it here at Edgewater everyone is ok the neighbors are cool we all mind our own business the only problem i have had is with the air I report it and maintenance come out and fix it the office staff is very friendly.

  Always willing to help me anyone at the front office at the leasing office if I have any concerns or problems regarding my lease or my monthly payment, everyone’s willing to help me and work with me, especially since I have an adult special needs daughter. She needs stability and so everyone has been understanding and cooperating with me and helping me out during difficult financial times and I greatly appreciate that. Also, if I need any type of maintenance it’s handled quickly and properly. I don’t have to wait.
