  Very good job by Mark, Jesse, and Julia to work on getting my A/C fixed in a timely fashion. If you have a maintenance issue they are very quick to assist.

  A frustrating experience all around. The gate never worked and the trash was almost always stacked up around the compactor over the weekend. Our personal gate codes never worked the 2 years we lived here even though we called multiple times. When the gate was broken (which is more often that not) it didnt matter. However they would randomly get the gate working for a day or two before it broke again. The staff seem friendly but were never able to do anything to help you. We asked for maintenance to do a walk through our apartment before we moved out and were told everything looked good and was typical wear and tear. However, on the move out day we were told a completely different story and were billed almost our full deposit. With plenty of better apartment options in Gainesville you can understand why they have so many units currently available.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Century New Holland. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are a huge plus. The pool, fitness center, and community spaces are always kept in excellent condition. One of the best things about living here is the management and maintenance team. They are professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever anything is needed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. The location is also fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and everything Gainesville has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community, I highly recommend Century New Holland. It’s been an excellent place to call home.

  These are among the greatest apartments in Gainesville. The apartments are clean and modern and the complex is well kept and family friendly. Great location- it’s adjacent to Frances Meadows, downtown Gainesville, and the hospital system. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone to wants to be near all the fun Gainesville has to offer.
