  Apartments are nice, great design and lay out: kitchen is phenomenal, the property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is helpful, the maintenance are quick to respond to issues and fix problems. Location is great, close to battlefield, Walmart, and Costco. I would recommend living here, and I would again. I wouldn't call their "gym" a gym: it's 2 treadmills with one working, some medicine balls, and a mirror. The pool isn't open all year, it's open for a very short window: even if it's beautiful out, they only open during certain dates. Rent is higher than it needs to be, but that's really everywhere: still on them, they set the prices. They removed some beautiful trees due to root rot or something like that: loss of a great view from my window, I'm a bit salty they never replaced them. Overall it's a great spot to live, I enjoyed it.

  Air conditioner cooling problem was reported on Loft (resident's internal portal) around 11:00 p.m. or so last night. Management/Maintenance acknowledged the problem 1st thing in the a.m. At 2:00 p.m. maintenance was dispatched to rectify the problem (capacitor and freon issue). My hat is off to maintenance, at 2:38 p.m. problem was solved. All is well now. Thank you!!

  I enjoy living here. I am elderly and alone and I feel safe here. The maintenance people are fast and good. The area is maintained and the rent is okay for the size rooms and a fair deal in today's economy. And it is quiet!
