  This has been amazing place to live. I can’t say enough about Tiffany in maintenance. She is always going the extra mile to take care of us residents. I had an emergency in the early morning and she was there with a bright smile and with everything she needed to fix the issue. Not only did she fix it she cleaned up around it annd explained what the issue was and ensured the problem had been fixed. She is not only reliable but she knows her stuff. Her keen knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. I really appreciate her.

  Parking is terrible and it’s definitely taken advantage of with the “reserved parking” spaces that you need to PAY for despite being a resident. This has been a constant issue for years with no solution. I feel unsafe having to walk all the way across the complex at night when there’s not a single parking spot. Simple projects take several months to complete, there’s a fee/fine for everything you can think of, gates constantly break and nobody cares to get them fixed, my decorations get vandalized, and people egg/key your car. There’s more, but these are the highlights.

  I have been living here for almost a year now and have had many problems that I just kept to myself. I recently was fed up with the lack of parking every single night and took my frustrations to the leasing office where I was called disrespectful for expressing my concerns. As a young woman, my voice might shake and get slightly raised when I know that my frustrations are not being heard and I do not think I was disrespectful to this lady at any point in our conversation. I have dealt with Britney in the leasing office before and it was always a pleasant and helpful experience, so i expected the same result. I was met with someone named Cameron and she was NOT helpful at all and spoke in a very condescending manner to me. For any young women looking to move here, DO NOT DO IT!! They will expect you to park across the complex at night and walk in the dark to your apartment because there is not enough parking and they will not hear out your concerns, they just demand more money from you.
