I lived at The Meridian from 2020-2024. My first three years were fantastic. Beth and Eleora in the office were, and continue to be, incredible. They answer phone calls and emails quickly and are so friendly and kind! The apartment itself was great and I never had any pest issues. Appliances were modern and the unit had been well maintained. I do wish the sliding doors on the Juliet balconies had been equipped with screens as mine was unusable due to me living on the third floor with a pet. I could never leave it open for air. Maintenance requests were responded to promptly, usually within 24 hours. The gym was a good facility even though it is very small. The gate malfunctioned more frequently than I would have liked, but it was usually fixed within a week. Twice (over 4 years) when the street lost power my car was locked inside until emergency maintenance was able to arrive and force it open. I do wish there had been a gate on the footpath access for safety but I never personally had issues. For the most part packages were delivered easily either to my door (UPS & FedEx) or to the parcel locker or the office (USPS). There were lots of community events that I usually didn’t get to attend due to my work schedule but the couple times I was able to get grab-and-go snacks during these events were always nice! My last year I had 3 interesting neighbors. One who treated the breezeway like a storage room and would frequently let their cat out to wander around leaving their door open with a brick. The other POUNDED on their own outside door for hours in the middle of the night because they’d been locked out and would not stop until I called the courtesy officer. The last was my downstairs neighbors who must have had an incredible sound system for their TV. Sometimes it sounded like they were on my couch watching their film in my living room. For the most part they were respectful of quiet hours but not always. During my other three years I never had any neighbor issues. The Meridian switched management from Rangewater to Gallery Residential during my last year. Gallery is AWFUL to deal with and my primary reason I’m glad not to have renewed. There was a full 24 hours when the phone line to the office (and emergency maintenance) was down which was extremely not cool as I did have a maintenance issue, thankfully it was not a true emergency but I don’t know what I would have done if it was (there was also no notice or this). When I had an issue with how they’d billed my last 2 months of utilities (the bill was incorrect—it was their fault) they harassed me about payment on the phone & via email despite them knowing the issue was being looked into. Kino(?) was unbelievably unprofessional but thankfully Eleora was able to sort it out for me. Hopefully day to day ops don’t change too much with the management switch, hopefully the wonderful office team can make up for the short-comings of Gallery but the issues I experienced during only two months of them taking over leaves me wary.

Marijuana odor circulates through our apartment nearly every night of the week. We have been here for a year and have complained about this issue FOR MONTHS to staff with no results. It's incredibly disappointing that we have to pay such a premium price to live here, expected to fulfill the terms and rules of the lease, yet restricted from terminating the lease early because of this marijuana odor issue while the staff fails to hold other residents accountable for breaking those rules and terms that simultaneously negatively affect the quality of life of other residents. This place is not worth the money.

Love this location! The value is stellar. The quality beats all others nearby. The grounds are literally pristine at all times. So many beautiful amenities. Staff is super kind and friendly. Feels like home. My only wish was that sometimes lobby wasn’t locked out and a peloton in the gym vs the echelon. Haha but that’s just a luxury request.

These apartments are overpriced. My main complaint is that I could here my neighbors over me walking, talking, running and snoring. The walls and floors are too thin. For $1700 a month I never got any peace in that apartment. I will never recommend the Meridian.

This is a beautiful property and I've had the pleasure to see it from the beginning.
