  Tashonda for the WIN! Purchasing a new home is not a simple accomplishment to check off your list. The decision requires your time, patience, intelligence, and discernment. Building a new home is a completely different ball game—it’s a serious commitment that engulfs all of those key elements and demands a deep dive into your builder. Our family was both excited and apprehensive at the opportunity to build with Ryan Homes. There were mixed reviews, and we could not quite wrap our heads around the process… until we met with our sales representative, Tashonda. Tashonda was authentic and optimistic. She understood our concerns, and above all, she was patient! Her knowledge of the market, the area, and how to navigate a mix of excitement and fear makes her an absolute jewel. Quite frankly, she is the reason we purchased our home. She encouraged us to speak to neighbors in our community, drove with us to previously built communities, and offered a delicate balance—showing us that the sky is the limit while helping us understand that our kite string has a threshold. Her heart, personality, and wisdom allowed her to connect with our family and truly understand our needs. Whether it was multiple tours, throwing on work boots to walk muddy estate plots, or just sitting with us at the kitchen table to talk things through, she innately and effortlessly made it happen. The homebuilding process can be a lot to digest. However, having a great representative who walks you through it and helps you make the right choices for your family—even when it might be unfavorable to her—made our experience so special and impactful. Ryan Homes is lucky to have her, and we were blessed to partner with her. Looking to the future, it would be incredible to see Ryan Homes introduce a digital customization tool that allows clients to render their desired home in real time with clear options and price points. That kind of innovation would be a true game-changer for the customer experience. Until then, we are endlessly grateful that rockstars like Tashonda are here, walking families like ours through the journey with true concierge-style care, heart, and dedication.
