  I had a great experience leasing with this community. The management and maintenance teams were always professional, helpful, and respectful throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the positive experience and the opportunity to be part of the community. Thank you all for making my time there a pleasant one!

  Do not move in any of these properties . They will charge you for everything : they provided me a move out statement and then tried to go back and change and ask for additional funds . Do your research on these people . They are scammers and will enter your property before you move . They will keep asking for money charge your for filters when you pay a resident fee of 36 dollars on top of your rent . Rafet is very unprofessional. I gave them Permission to show the property one time and after that they took it upon there selves to enter the property . I have emails from the manager were it never said it was an estimate for the first move out statement . They told me someone wanted to maybe rent early and I would get my money back for the month but it was a lie to enter the property.i have proof of everything from the manager and it never said this was a estimate . Some things in a home is wear and tear but this company will charge you for a mount on the wall . How would you put your own tv up . The professional aspect of everything was comprised I never received any commucation after the property was shown . I will be taking this matter further with proof. They won’t even communicate or call but keeps sending emails for more money I can show the proof here. They will hurry and respond to a google review to clear there name but never reached out to me

  PMI and all of there employees Rafet, Elizabeth and a few others are Awesome, they’re the best property management company I’ve worked with that shows exceptional customer service and always gets the job done. I would recommend them. Ms Moore

  Wow, I’m extremely impressed by how professional and kind they are! They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of as a property owner. If you are looking for great property management company that cares about you and your property, they are the one to go to!

  I've owned several rental properties in the past, and Rafet Aviles of PMI South Atlanta by far has been the best property manager. Rafet is very true to his word, responsive and flawlessly marketed my rental property and found a qualified renter. Rafet also went above and beyond in assisting me get the property move in ready. I would highly recommend Rafet and PMI to other landlords- a truly top notch property manager.
