  One of the Worst Rental Experiences I’ve Had I lived here for a year, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I dealt with multiple maintenance, cleanliness, pest control, and safety concerns throughout my stay. The apartment had an ongoing roach and water bug problem. In my experience, if your neighbors have roaches, there is a good chance you will have them, too. Despite paying a monthly pest control fee, pest control only seemed to show up about once a year. My electric bill was over $300 a month, which I believe was partly due to the balcony lights being left on all night. The condition of the apartment was also disappointing. The toilet bowls were old and had black staining that was never properly cleaned. Instead of addressing the problem, maintenance seemed to repeatedly patch things together. The water heater was another issue, as the air was excessively hot throughout the summer, and the unit would sometimes blow out warm air. The cleanliness of the property was another major concern. When a neighboring unit was vacated following an eviction, trash and furniture were left in the hallway and along the stairs for an entire week. The workout room also appeared to receive very little cleaning unless there was an obvious spill. Communication from the leasing office was poor, and getting clear responses was frustrating. There were also safety concerns, including incidents involving neighbors’ vehicles being broken into by other residents. After dealing with these issues for an entire year, I was disappointed that management still attempted to renew my lease at a higher rate without addressing the problems I had experienced. Overall, my experience was frustrating and not worth the cost. Between the pest infestation, poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, lack of communication, and safety concerns, I would encourage anyone considering living here to carefully evaluate these issues before signing a lease. Very much passive aggressiveness, and myself and two other tenants left for many reasons but here is mines. Not here to argue shared my experience everything was reported and April you’re very passive aggressive. And yes lovely home pest free God bless you April farewell dear

  As a resident of 3 yrs I love this place would recommend to anyone … the office staff of Shequita and April are kind, courteous and compassionate. They meet all your needs in an expedient manner and follow up immediately Again I recommend

  I was told my air filter was changed before I moved in, and that I would have to wait until the next time they change them to get a new one. I had an inspection done by GA power and found the air filter wasn’t changed before I moved in. The windows in my apartment also need cleaning and were like this at the time of move in. Update: Ants everywhere. I have added the pictures to the review.

  Lived here for a year so far. Problems have included bugs everywhere in apartment and getting into our vehicles.Appliances are cheaply installed and break often. Our bathroom plumbing smells like sewage, to which we were told to bring it up with the “city”. And to top it off, after being out of town for a week with a maintenance request in, came home to find our toilet used and not flushed- making the entire apartment smell awful. Do not move here.
