  Me and my partner moved down here after just graduating from college, and we were happy to finally be done with the headaches that came from cheap student housing. Unfortunately, i didn’t know how good we had it until moving to Addison. It all started on move in day. We are 8 hours in to our 12 hour drive, when we get an email from Addison, of a new lease to sign. Mind you, we already had signed a lease days prior to this with the unit we wanted. After hours of arguing they realized their hands were tied since they already signed the previous lease and allowed us our unit. that was only the beginning, since moving in it’s been non stop disappointment. Our first week, they had to come do our countertops, which should have been done before move in. We had to take all of our stuff off every counter top for 72 hours after just getting situated, and during that process, our neighbors pipe burst and flooded all of our stuff and electronics( residents have said pipe bursts happen frequently). When we went to the office to ask them what they could do to help they said “well that’s what you get renters insurance for”. Moving forward months later, there have been two fires. The pool which is open for only 3 months stayed closed for 1 of those months, and then half the time the resident they get to open it, forgets to open it so you can’t use it. It was supposed to open Memorial Day, it opened on July 2nd, and was open for 2 days and now has not been open at all the past 2 days. Not to mention the ungodly amount of bugs and pest running around even after you pay for pest control( we have never had bug problems before this) . I’m not one to usually to write a bad review, but staying here will make you question reality the way that the staff blow you off. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else

  Trying to figure out why is the gym always locked & how is residents supposed to get in.

  The best service ever. Came in to view an apartment and Ms.Quita was very helpful and informative, I will be back to lease soon

  The staff is absolutely wonderful very welcoming Nakita Morris is and outstanding leasing agent she helped me through the process every step of the way. She was very helpful and made it a smooth process and the community is great. I love my new apartment very spacious and nice. I would refer anyone that is looking to move and wants to live in a quiet and nice complex.

  I gave it 1 star as well and I totally agree with S Williams, we think a lot a like we should get together sometime.
