  Out every apartment I ever lived in, this has been the best experience so far. Its peaceful, quiet and the maintenance is quick. My only complaint are the spiders and the mold. Despite those small annoyances, my time here has been very pleasant.

  The assistant Manager Tristan was very pleasant. He was knowledgeable answered all my questions. The property itself seems quit which is a plus. The Apartment that I was shown was very spacious.

  Very Disappointed After Only 3 Months My experience living here has been extremely disappointing, especially considering I’ve only been here for about three months. When I first moved in, I expected to have a comfortable and peaceful place to call home, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. Since moving in, I have consistently dealt with different types of bugs and spiders getting into my apartment. I’ve also noticed bugs and spiders in the stairwell, which makes me question how well the property is being maintained and treated for pests. The overall environment has also been concerning. I have seen people sleeping in their cars outside, and there are frequently people arguing outside at night. The noise and activity can make the community feel uncomfortable and unsafe. On top of that, my neighbors repeatedly leave trash near my door, which is frustrating and makes the area around my apartment feel neglected. All of this has happened within just THREE months of living here. I honestly did not expect to feel this unhappy with my living situation so soon after moving in. At this point, I am already ready to leave and would not recommend this complex to someone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained place to live. Potential residents should definitely do their research and, if possible, visit the property at different times of the day and night before signing a lease.

  I have lived here for about 17 years or more. Hardly ever will the office staff answer the phone. I have been requesting for my breezeway to be cleaned and pressure washed for at least a month now. Large animal waste has been outside my unit for at least two weeks. I have requested multiple times for it to be cleaned and even put in a service request per the property manager's response. After contacting the property manager, she also stated "The service team will complete the request as soon as possible. Have a great day!" As of today, the waste is still sitting there. This is frustrating because I feel like my concerns are being ignored. When I reach out about my complaints or concerns, I am often met with a 'thumbs up' emoji. I do agree with reviews who have encountered exceptional service from Tristan and Raven, they are the absolute best staff personnel. I really love this community. Overall, it is quiet and landscape has always been well-kept. I have not encountered bugs, mold or even water leakage as some of you have expressed. However, it does saddens me when prompt attention to my concerns go unnoticed, or if there is a response, it comes across to me as if it is of little concern, if any, to the higher management. I trust that management will resolve these issues soon. As for the previous post, if any of you had already read it before I edited it, speaking of the place deteriorating. My granddaughter keyed that post for me without me proofreading it. Well, I moved in when they were still building parts of the complex. It is not deteriorating. This apartment complex is exceptionally well-maintained, which is why I have been here all these years. With our collective care, it will remain in top-notch condition. It has been well kept and up until now, the maintenance team and management has been awesome. As for the bugs, the pest control personnel uses very good products. As I mentioned before, it takes our collective care of this place. I trust that management will resolve these issues soon. The apartment community has excellent potential, but management must address outstanding issues.
