I moved here in July 2025, and the experience has been disappointing from day one. The leasing office gave me a confirmed move-in date, and I arrived fully prepared to move in, only to find the office closed and was later told I could not move in for another week — despite already having a signed lease. The move-in process alone was stressful and unprofessional.
I was told the delay was because the unit was being “renovated,” but when I finally moved in, the apartment was still dirty and clearly not ready. There were dead roaches in the unit, ongoing pest issues, a broken window, broken garbage disposal, and a broken dishwasher. Several of these issues were not resolved until September or October, and maintenance requests consistently take far too long to be addressed.
The broken window was especially concerning because it was a security issue, yet it took over a month and a half to repair. Even more frustrating is the ongoing issue with my window leaking water and developing mold. I have submitted multiple work orders about this problem since November 2025, and maintenance has repeatedly closed the tickets without fixing the issue or properly inspecting it.
Now, in May 2026, after months of calls and repeated maintenance requests, someone finally came out and told me that because the weather is warm and the leak is not currently visible, they are no longer going to investigate or repair it. Completely unacceptable considering this has been an ongoing issue for months.
The staff is polite and friendly, but too often it feels like I’m being told what I want to hear rather than seeing actual solutions or follow-through. Communication sounds reassuring in the moment, but nothing changes and you end up going in circles.
I will not be renewing my lease, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for responsive management, timely maintenance, or a properly maintained apartment.
