  Our move in process was not the best. We moved in back in May, but didn't want to make a review just based on the move in, but now feel the need to. Moving in, we had unprofessional people helping us and did not have anything sent to us prior to moving in, even though I called multiple times (days and weeks) before our move in date. When arriving to get keys, we had to wait hours so they could send us things through email to sign, by the time we got keys it was 6pm. Not only did we not get keys that late, once we got into the apartment, there was leak and other small maintenance issues, and it did not look like they had anyone clean since (or even before) we toured the unit weeks before. If you want to rent here, don't think you'll get any communication back from anyone, no matter how many times you call or email. Same with maintenance, they don't fix your issues, they just walk in your apartment and leave, or they do the "landlord special" and just semi-fix it. Our neighbors are also extremely loud and stay up listening to music till after 2am most nights, or they are on their balcony talking very loudly, almost yelling. Or someone pulls into the complex with loud music and stays in their car for an hour with said music playing. It's ridiculous. The exit gate is also broken, and tons of people enter through it, even while I am literally trying to exit. Despite it working when we first moved in and making several maintenance requests to fix it. It has not worked all summer.

  Chakenya was amazing, she answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The apartment were very spacious and clean.

  Shout out to Chakenya and Azhiya for being patient and always trying to help me. But maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The only person that is working is Derrick. One person compared to all these units is very unfortunate. I pay $1700 in rent and my maintenance issue doesn’t get resolved. I hate I had to leave another review but unfortunately my daughter and I live alone. I understand the state law enter to entry but no problems resolved. If you’re going to enter into my home areas you can do is fix something. My privacy is very important and I feel violated. If you wanna move in, I suggest having a man around who can fix your issues. Other than that, community is cool, dog poop everywhere but everyone pretty much stays to themselves. Apartments are nice but old. Like I said for the price it’s worth it. But maintenance not fixing nothing, fyi.
