  Do not rent here!!!! We have consistently had issues with the A/C going out over the past couple of months and for over the past week it has only worked for 1 or 2 days. We have put in multiple maintenance requests and have made several visits to the office but it still has not been fixed AND it is the hottest weather yet this year. I spoke to an on site rep yesterday about this issue and about getting reimbursed for a $300 portable A/C unit we had to purchase… I was assured that a property manager would call me back…. Over 24 hours later I have yet to hear from anyone. This is ridiculous and we may have to take further action. I do not recommend leading here at Evergreen.

  Chakenya made the move in process very easy. This is my first apartment and she answered all my questions efficiently and promptly. Top tier communication!! Ask for her directly!!!

  Shakina was very helpful and assisted me very well she’s very nice and patient and a pleasure to work with there wasn’t any rushing on her behalf and I loved that she is definitely a joy and has a lovely spirit

  Came to see a 2 bedroom and was blown away by the price and large rooms. Will definitely be coming back and Chakenya was awesome and very informative.
