  We’ve spent the last 3 years living in building 1100. We have so many beautiful memories of living in that apartment. When moved in my son was still in a crib and diapers. He’s in preschool now, fully potty trained, and sleeping in a full size bed. We loved going out back behind the apartment and playing in the grassy area. It was always very well maintained. Anytime I had a Maintenance request. It was always sorted out within a couple days. The place we had left prior to this we had to beg for Maintenance. Lullwater Maintenance was top tier. I had an issue with my smoke alarm. One of my living room was malfunctioning and went off over and over at midnight. I have a cat with epilepsy and they knew that. They sent an emergency maintenance man out at midnight to fix my fire alarm so my cat wouldn’t seize and be stressed out by it and so we could sleep. He fixed it so quickly and came prepared with a new smoke detector. My air-conditioning went out once it was a day that it was like 104° outside. My apartment quickly got up to 86° inside of there. It had stopped working overnight on us after I put in the Maintenance request. We had Maintenance knocking on our door within the hour. They took it being that hot, very seriously and was prioritizing air conditioners. It turns out that my air conditioner just needed to be vacuumed out a little bit. Maintenance was there maybe 30 minutes and had it fixed. On Halloween a few years ago, we accidentally lost our keys while we were out trick-or-treating with our kid. Lullwater Had someone there to let us in our apartment within 30 minutes so we could get our kid to bed. Any Issue I’ve ever had has been immediately addressed. The staff has been absolutely great! Micheal Really went out of his way to help us get moved in and approved for the apartment. The whole building had an issue with the fire alarm system going off from what I understand the sprinkler system loss pressure. They had to turn off our water temporarily. Hassan stayed at the apartment buildings All night on firewatch because they had to turn off the fire alarms overnight. I also watched him help carry cases of water to each, and every door of everyone that lived in that building. Lullwater staff Had purchased water for everyone in that building because it had to be turned off so quickly. They wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They had the fire alarm system fixed by Monday. Because it took a couple days and our water pressure was so low they were handing out keys so we could go shower at vacant apartments. Michael and Carrie were out there at midnight still collecting keys back. I know that’s because I had to go to a different apartment to give my kid a bath and the came and picked up my keys. I did not even have to worry about it. Yes they had issues with the pool and it took a while to open this year. Also, there’s always some idiot driving through the gate and breaking it, I feel like that’s out of their control. Quite frequently, the gate has not worked, but you can tell it’s been because somebody has rammed the gate. I truly don’t think the gate issues are on the staff or management. They are constantly having to fix those gates multiple times a year because of other people Who don’t know how gates Work. I’d trade a pool and gate though for staff that cares and a good maintenance crew any day. They also really enjoy doing fun stuff. During Christmas, they have a gift wrapping station set up, and it came in such handy while we tried to hide to wrap stuff To keep our kid from seeing Santa gifts. They had a big scavenger hunt back at Easter and we had so much fun doing that as a family. We ended up finding the second golden egg that was at the dog park. My kid got a $25 gift card to Walmart and a bunch of candy that he probably did not need but really enjoyed. We’re truly going to miss living there and would very much live there again.

  Absolutely beautiful community. I love the location surrounded by good housing neighborhoods. They also offer two phases, one budget friendly, and one newer offering. Pricing is great and the staff are so nice.

  I want to share an experience that my mother had here. I can't speak to anything else, but this left an impact. I was there for this and can vouch. An electrical issue caused one room and bathroom to be without power, the breaker was fine but no power and this affected the wifi. The front desk instructed us on how to file a work request, which my mother wasn't familiar with and didn't have login information. Amidst all of the A/C repairs they were working through they made time to stop over and help. And the gentleman that did the repair acted like he was happy to do it.

  Where have you been whole year to do maintenance repair for the pool? Now it’s just summer pool time. And you guys close the pool for Maintenance and Repair? The shame on you guys. This is every year happening same you guys do not want people to use the pool so you don’t have to do any job for that. Also, none of the grills are working by the pool. It’s been like two years and every time I ask, you guys telling me that will be fixed soon but never get fixed and I feel like never will get fixed. Because you guys don’t want to do your job. Car wash 85% of time for the year is not working. Gates are not working 90% of times during the year. Pest control charge you automatically but you have hard time to get service. They marked it they did but they did not even come to our unit. You have to wait for months to get fixed if any appliance have problem. Buildings are new but very cheaply quality. On and on …… so much more. They make you have tour as new resident but you find out later that there so much problems after you move in.
