  I stayed here for 4 years and it was absolutely amazing. Mr. Tucker was very nice and welcoming, and very understanding with certain things. Hate that I had to move, but if anybody needs a great affordable place, I recommend this apartment complex.

  I recently toured the Phase 1 and Phase 2 models at Lullwater at Riverwood with Melissa and had a great experience. She was professional, friendly, prepared, and she focused on what I was looking for instead of giving a generic pitch. She clearly knows the community well, explained the differences between the floor plans and amenities, and pointed out features I would have missed on my own. She took her time, answered all of my questions and went over everything needed to start the application process, so I knew exactly what to expect next. If you are looking at Lullwater, I definitely recommend asking for Melissa.

  I lived here for about 2 years and it was a nice place to live. Only reason i moved away was for a new job in another city. The office workers are all very quick to help you with any issues you may be experiencing, especially Michael. I would pretty much automatically go to him since he would remember any details i would tell him and would always have solutions for me. I also was here when they switched property managers and Hassan was promoted to said position, and ever since that happened things went from good to great.

  Really great place to live the first 2 years we were here but once we moved to the older buildings it’s been HORRIBLE if you live here go make sure you are in the new buildings for sure!! When we first moved we were told we wouldn’t be able to see it first which now makes no sense considering we were later told it was vacant for 2 months before moving because we had roach eggs under the fridge that we found the day we moved in, you could also see that tiny baby roaches had been smooshed in between the door and there were some small dead ones on some tape on the back. They were responsive to this but only sprayed which any professional will tell you is NOT enough to get rid of them so we had to come out of our pocket around $90+ to get our own IGR stations and traps to get it under control because pest control couldn’t even put out traps. Then comes the incessant parties and stomping around above us which we have complained about SEVERAL times and nothing has been done. Had water soaking the floor in the kid’s bedroom from rain and maintenance just marked the request as done and didn’t even come (which I know because not one of my cameras picked anyone up that day it was “completed”. Have to run my dryer 18 times to dry clothes that was “fixed” supposedly but not any better. The kitchen sink still drips despite them “fixing” it twice. On top of that someone is dumping their kitty litter from their balcony to the ground by ours so we can’t even go out there because it stinks or there are constantly flies getting in our house but of course they can’t do anything about that because they don’t know who exactly it is. I spent a couple hundred dollars to get a camera to do their job of finding out but couldn’t catch it on camera so it has to be someone above me. Maybe if your “luxury” apartments had some cameras around here it wouldn’t be so hard to find out who it was. Instead I am scooping someone else’s cat poop out of there because my maintenance request to at least have them come clean it up was also ignored. I also was forced to sign a 15 month lease to move without having to pay the $800 fee they charge to move to an apartment in the same complex even though my lease was about to be up when I moved anyway. Can’t wait for July to get out of here! The one time they did fix an issue of being charged a fee for not uploading the right insurance when I had it I had to follow up for months IN PERSON because they never answered the phone or emails about it. I lived here for 2 years without a complaint and now I know how lucky I am for that because they do nothing about them. OH and the pool that didn’t open until mid July because of maintenance is still in horrible shape with all sorts of disgusting green crap growing on the walls so it’s now closed again for maintenance and I’m sure will still be gross when it’s “done”.
