  I recently toured this apartment community and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the entire tour process. Zandra answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel genuinely valued rather than rushed. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The apartment was spacious, modern, and had such a warm and comfortable feel. I especially loved the amenities and the peaceful atmosphere of the community. It was clear that the management takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. What stood out the most was the customer service. The leasing consultant Zandra was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the community, pricing, and application process. Touring here truly felt personal and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best apartment tours I’ve ever experienced, and it definitely left a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels both welcoming and high quality.

  Horrible place to live zandra in the rent office is rude for no absolute reason. Constantly has an attitude you can never get in touch with anyone in the office unless you come up there and complain. Nobody knows anything ever you are always pushed off on the manager Maintenance sucks my dishwasher was broke the last couple of months I was there they kept coming saying it was fixed and just marking it off. They also have a mold infestation as well as roaches and some units have mice problems the apartments are old very old the rent is high and the apartments are not upgraded what’s so ever. Also when I moved in my bathroom tubs paint was pealing off they blamed this on me the second day I was there. I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars they are honestly worse than a place I stayed in at Fulton county and that place was in the hood. DO NOT MOVE HERE THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA THAT CHARGE LESS AND HAVE BETTER APARTMENT UNITS.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the property management here, specifically with Zandra. We started our application process and ran into some issues while filling it out. When we called for help, she bluntly said she didn’t know and then hung up on us. By that point, we had already paid a $125 application fee (non-refundable). When we called back to cancel our application due to the difficulties, she rudely questioned why. I explained the situation multiple times, but she kept dismissing it and said, “you’re getting a discount, why do you want to cancel?” She didn’t offer any help, acknowledgment, or even a proper response—just hung up again. The entire interaction felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We weren’t wasting anyone’s time—we had already paid and genuinely tried to move forward. Instead, we were met with poor communication and rude behavior. Honestly, this experience makes me wonder how current residents are treated if this is how prospective residents are handled. We feel like we dodged a bullet. Management really needs to take a closer look at staff behavior and customer service.

  Great place to live—clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. Maintenance is quick and hassle-free. A special thanks to Mr.Demonte for being so helpful and responsive—they really make the experience even better. Highly recommend this community!

  I had the pleasure of touring with Marcel at The Point in Dunwoody, and she was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we connected, she carried herself with a level of class and professionalism that immediately stood out. What I appreciated most was her transparency ! She was honest, informative, and made sure I fully understood every detail without any pressure. She also made sure to highlight current specials, including one month free if you apply before the 11th, which was a huge plus and showed she really looks out for prospective residents. Marcel created such a comfortable and welcoming experience that the entire tour felt effortless and enjoyable.
