- TTThomasJun 21, 20261.0If I could put zero stars I would. ROACHES, GERMAN COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. No matter how clean you keep your home the entire complex is INFESTED WITH ROACHES. My AC unit gets worked on nearly twice a month in the summer, they don’t ever fix it they just rig it to work temporarily until it breaks again. The pool is always closed for some random reason for days or weeks at a time. The gym is always missing equipment. I would never recommend this place. My lease is up in a month and I’m so thankful. THE ROACHES!!! Please read the reviews the only reason this complex has a halfway decent rating is because they encourage people to leave good reviews after TOURING!! Take it from someone who’s actually lived here for 13 months. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I didn’t see roaches when I toured either but now they are my roommates and it’s disgusting I’m selling or throwing away everything when I move this place is INFESTED

The community is safe, quiet, and welcoming. The staff is always nice and make you feel very valued as a resident. To add on, the maintenance team is always fast, friendly and reliable!!! I love being close to so many restaurants, stores (especially the Perimeter Mall), and everyday essentials. It’s a great environment for families and anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. As someone who’s not easily impressed, I’ve been very happy here and will be staying for another year. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone searching for a new home!

Zandra Shearn from the leasing office is very understanding, helpful and prompt. When I had to move out of state and the date was uncertain, she made my move-out process easier by sharing all options possible that helped to make a decision. James and team from the maintenance are knowledgeable and fix the issues in a timely manner. I would recommend this place for all especially for families with school going children.
