  I have been here now for two years, & I’m more pleased this year than even last, and last year was amazing!! Latrell really makes sure us as residence are pleased and accommodated with the properties essentials. The property is always well managed and groomed, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Worth every penny.😊

  If you value halfway decent communication from your leasing team, don’t bother here! While trying to sort out the multiple extra charges and bills that were sent to me during / after moving out, I had several emails completely ignored by Ivan. There were several missed phone calls during business hours that only seemed to be returned if you called multiple times over and over like a lunatic. More than once, Ivan did not know the answer to a simple question I was asking and told me that a superior would call me back about the answer. This would be fantastic if I ever received that call back, still waiting for that. Team is incredibly hard to get a hold of and very dismissive about my concerns for extra billing. Even telling me that the Preserve team had no answers about a bill that had their forwarding address on it to pay! Some more professionalism would be highly valued in their office and I hope they can actually take the time to see and respond to this review, unlike all my other calls and emails.

  The tour was great. Ivan Stephens. Was very helpful and his attention to details willingness to listen to my questions on the first day 1.month ago, and when moving in day came he was very welcoming. I took a classic unit 1 bedroom 1075sq. It was located the exact floor I wanted fair priced for the size. Customer service is excellent, watching him interact with residents in the office was great, like family almost very respectful. The compound is well taken care of and the amenities are great.

  Ivan and Latrelle have been amazing. Out of all the apartments we have moved to, they have made leasing this apartment so much easier. Typically it's a pain to look for apartments, apply, deal with the leasing office, but they have have been communicative (which surprisingly no communication is what makes leasing an apartment hard then the actual process). They are on point with knowing each person and have such an amazing attitude. 10/10 would recommend I am and Latrelle

  I want to give a shoutout to both Ivan and Latrelle for helping us move in. In every step of the way, they were there helping us fill out and go through the application process. Moving is already stressful enough but they went above and beyond to accommodate us for our move in date. I haven't experienced this type of service from any leasing office ever. Their support is what sets this place apart.
