  Our house was on the market for over a year with no results. Paige Holliman came in and secured us an excellent deal and our house closed yesterday. Paige was professional and incredibly well informed about the marketplace in Dunwoody. We had more showings in two months than we had all year, ending with 4 potential buyers. Will definitely use Paige for any future real estate transactions.

  Paige is awesome at every turn. She tuned in to our needs and patiently worked with us through the process, from the initial home tour some six months before the actual closing, to the closing. Her counsel in negotiations, inspections, and choosing vendors to use as needed was invaluable. We have purchased many properties over the years; the experience with Paige goes down as one of the best ever!

  Paige did a great job of representing us in the sale of our condo. The situation was somewhat unique and there were some market and property challenges. Paige was very patient and gave us good advice on pricing and response to the offers that we got. She was very available to help and advise, and ultimately, we are happy with the outcome.
