  My family and I moved into Maddox 3 weeks ago and loving the apartments especially the pools. I appreciate the leasing agent Ashley who moved quickly and thoroughly to get us into our apartment. I love her genuine and warm personality that makes you want to move into this apartment complex. Once you move in, you will love this place. It’s safe, friendly, and clean.

  This place is amazing ! The application process is easy and fast. Ashley was one of the best I’ve seen out of all places I’ve been to. She was very professional, nice, and quick to respond. They make you feel very welcome and the place is very clean. They have lots of amenities to offer for adults and kids. Overall it’s a great atmosphere here. Would highly recommend !

  Maintenance stays on top of any issue you may have. Especially, Terell who is an amazing Maintenance Technician. He always make it his business to follow up with you on any maintenance concerns. When you run into him on the property, he's always asking if all is good in your apartment. I believe this is his way of always staying ahead of any concerns. You can tell he really cares about how well he does his job and his passion for the technical aspects of his responsibilities shine through.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Terell Braxton for the outstanding work he does at our apartment community. Terell is always professional, respectful, and quick to respond whenever maintenance issues arise. He takes pride in his work, explains things clearly, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication do not go unnoticed. Our community is fortunate to have someone as dependable and hardworking as Terell on the maintenance team. Thank you, Terell, for all that you do. Keep up the great work!

  Mold and roaches. I have experienced a mold problem on all of my window frames and including the balcony. I stay in a 3 bed room unit and maintenance came in and sprayed over the frames with “treatment” but it’s obviously coming back. I emailed the office with my concerns as I do have a toddler and noticed she’s been sick lately. She does not go to daycare fyi. And I lived in a 1 bed prior to this transfer and never experienced this issue especially with her health. Leasing office told me to simply wipe down the condensation on the frames and windows often. Now another issue: I had a fridge leak. Fixed it myself by pulling out my fridge and fixing the cord but guess what was behind it? 100s of roaches. I cleaned the roaches up and sprayed myself. I’m a super clean person but of course your cleanliness doesn’t matter when the complex its self isn’t maintained properly. The building I stay in, stairwells are disgusting. Trash leaks everywhere and food just rots on the stairs. Haven’t seen them power wash the building since I transferred over here. Now back to the roaches. Pest control came and laid down traps. Woke up dozens of roaches and baby roaches on the traps. I’m frustrated. Definitely not renewing my lease. As this poses an immediate health concern to my child and my peace. I shouldn’t have to pay 2k a month to live in these conditions.
