Almost every single time I go, there’s just a sign on the door saying they’re “not there.” It’s honestly getting ridiculous and extremely frustrating. What’s the point of having office hours if nobody is ever actually in the office? Residents shouldn’t have to waste their time constantly coming back because the staff can’t be available when they’re supposed to be.

- RRrooApr 28, 20261.0DO NOT move here. The apartments are okay, but they are bug infested. Management didn’t help after my car got stolen in the complex. Collects ridiculous amount of fees during move out, and sends to a debt collector with no notice. Look for somewhere safer with management team that actually cares about residents and their safety.
- LRLee RiveraApr 18, 20261.0Went in for a self guided tour and off the start, the older Spanish lady at the front was rude to us. We told her what we were there for but she didn’t bother to listen to us and just told us to sit and wait or come back in 30 even though we had a 10am appt. There were others there asking her a question and she was not understanding. So I asked one of them if they would like for me to translate and they said yes, however, the lady working there didn’t seem to like that and was extremely rude to me. We just got up and left. We drove 17hrs to view these apartments and we left feeling so disgusted. If the leasing office workers are rude, that right there showed me how bad living there truly is.
