  The customer service from Yasmine and Alyssia was amazing. They were both so pleasant, poised, professional, and resourceful. The apartment community is absolutely beautiful, serene, and well-kept. I would certainly recommend the Maddox and their wonderful leasing staff to anyone that is searching for a new place to call home.

  I’ve lived in this complex for 5 years. It has really gone down hill in the last two years or so. It used to be quiet and well kept. Now that is up for debate. I wish I wouldn’t have signed a new lease and just moved. They increased my security deposit by 650 bucks and charged me another 350 pet fee for this new unit because they said the pet fee only applies to the unit on the current lease and I feel scammed out of this money due to all the issues I’ve experienced. Since moving into my new unit 2 months ago, there have been so many issues with the unit including mailbox key issues, refrigerator issue, washing machine needing to be replaced, smoke alarms going off frequently, and now there is mold growing on the window because it leaks. The Maintence department frequently marks work orders as complete when they are not or they half complete jobs. I’ve had experiences with this happening in my previous unit as well as my current unit. I recently moved into a new unit two months ago & my mailbox key did not work. I’ve sent emails, made phone calls, put in work orders and I still do not have a key to access my mailbox which is causing a delay in paying bills. I was pulled over and given a warning about my ID not being updated with my new address BUT THE ID IS IN THE MAILBOX THAT IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY KEY FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS. No one returns my calls or emails when I reach out to try to receive a specific date when I can expect a key and when I go to the office I am told it is being taken care of, but it has been two months so I’m not sure why there is such a delay. I had an issue with my smoke detectors going off randomly when there was not a fire. One night it went off in the middle of the night & I had to call emergency Maintence. They told me to unplug the detectors. A work order was submitted the next day and a week later it was marked as complete BUT I know it was not complete because there was no record of anyone entering the unit on the smart lock app they use AND all of the smoke alarms were still sitting on the island from when I unplugged them two weeks ago. This is a huge safety concern/liability for the complex. There is currently mold growing on one of my bedroom windows and I do not feel confident that this issue is going to be resolved quickly or correctly based on my previous experiences. For 2k a month, move somewhere else.

  My family and I moved into Maddox 3 weeks ago and loving the apartments especially the pools. I appreciate the leasing agent Ashley who moved quickly and thoroughly to get us into our apartment. I love her genuine and warm personality that makes you want to move into this apartment complex. Once you move in, you will love this place. It’s safe, friendly, and clean.
