- DDDieForThatPieJun 23, 20261.0The manager (Marwin Jeffrey Hooker) was extremely rude to me during my visitation to my relatives; constantly showed aggression and yelling at elementary school children that simply wanted to ask for water during the scorching summer heat. I would not recommend this place as it is a hostile environment for children & office staff!

The level of service and professionalism from management and maintenance has been extremely disappointing. I have been without air conditioning for three days, and despite repeatedly reporting the issue, it still has not been fixed. Living without A/C for this long is unacceptable, especially when residents are paying significant rent and expect basic necessities to be maintained. The response time has been slow, communication has been poor, and there seems to be very little concern for residents' comfort or well-being. This experience has shown a lack of urgency, accountability, and customer service. If you are thinking about renting here, be prepared for the possibility of maintenance issues taking far longer than they should to resolve. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to prospective tenants.
