- JAJOHN ALLENJul 12, 20262.0Finally left this place. We Had water damage in hallway ceiling for the apartment above us water heater leaking. It happened 4-5 months ago and multiple people came to look at it and never repaired. Gates never work even though advertised as gated community. Trash compactor always has trash sitting on the ground which leaves to rodents. Valet trash doesn’t pick up trash everyday they are suppose to and we get charged either way. They charge you monthly for pest control but they only came by my apartment three times in over 2 years. They let people run in home daycare out of one of the apartment on the second floor above us for nearly 2 years, with multiple bags of trash always in the breezeways. The manager does not care about the tenants. 10 out of 10 would not recommend to my enemy. Do not believe the recent 5 star reviews they had a promotion for gift card giveaways if you post a 5 star review .

I keep on calling to get serviced by the maintenance team to take down all these spiders near my door and they’ll leave a note saying we’ve been “serviced “ and they’ll have yet to do anything about it . I’ve called MULTIPLE TIMES . I am pregnant, that is a safety hazard . After trying to reach out multiple times , I gave up and decided to write a review here so they’ll actually do something about it .
