  Leasing personnel amazing. Maintenance.. unresponsive to several requests prior to my move in. No AC while record high temperature in GA. DAY ONE NOT LOOKING GOOD!

  Te remolcan el carro así le informes a ellos que estas esperando el repuesto para reoararlo. No hacen las reparaciones que necesitan los apartamentos. Le pedí que me repararan el aire acondicionado y en un año no lo repararon. Me cobraron dos veces la aplicación de la mascota. Le agregan tarjetas que no has solicitado para cobrarlas. Se cometen muchas violaciones a los inquilinos por parte del leasing. La manager es muy mala persona. Abren muy poco tiempo la piscina. El área de lavar los autos está en mal estado. Tienen dos y solo sirve una pero no sirve por que está tapado el desagüe. No le hacen mantenimiento por fuera a los edificios. En otro voy a subir fotos donde también muestra que tienen algunas cajas de electricidad abiertas.

  This complex is terrible noisy people check your neighbors before considering renting here they are out of control drinking and smoking on the terrace smell weed and play loud music outside the pool area all the time they party until 2 am you got to call the police to kick them out

  I have been waiting for over two months for a solution to repair my garage door. During this time, I have submitted maintenance requests, filed claims, and visited the leasing office multiple times. The response has always been the same: there is no _*budget available to fix it*_ . Instead of repairing the door, it was lowered, As a result, I am dealing with a significant insect problem. This situation has negatively affected my living conditions and has remained unresolved despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance. Unit 1211.

  This is not a good place to live. When you first move here it seems nice until you learn a little more about the management. For example I had placed my old couch by the dumpster thinking that was allowed since there is constantly trash there - then I was sent a notice that I was going to be charge a large amount of money because I put the furniture there. I then messaged the office multiple times trying to see if they would let me move the furniture myself - they did not answer until two weeks later (which happen to be the exact day someone came and picked it up) and said that it was gone and I couldn’t move it myself. I expressed my disappointment because I was very willing to find help to move it myself if I would avoid being charged and they did not ever answer me again. They now have a big sign up saying you can’t put trash out even though everyone pays a trash fee that I would think would allow us to throw away our basic trash. The gate is broken 80% of the time if staying in a “gated” community is a deciding factor for you. And the most recent event I’ve had is that I came home and there was stuff left on my counter that wasn’t there that morning (assuming someone came in even though I didn’t have anything requested to be done) and my dog cage door was completely bent in like someone kicked or just jammed it into the cage.
