  Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience living at this apartment complex has become increasingly frustrating, especially considering the fees residents are required to pay. The property is advertised as pet-friendly, yet the dog waste stations throughout the complex frequently have no poop bags available. The dog park is often full of dog waste that has not been picked up, and even the grassy areas around the community have dog waste everywhere. It makes it unpleasant to walk around the property, especially for residents who actually clean up after their pets. There are also maintenance issues with the amenities. At the pool area, only one of the grills is currently working, while the other one is not. Another major concern is the valet trash service that residents are charged for. Trash has been sitting outside our front doors since Thursday, and it is now Tuesday, despite the complex advertising trash pickup from Sunday through Thursday. If residents are being charged for this service, it should be provided consistently. We pay to live in a community that is supposed to be clean, maintained, and provide the amenities and services that are advertised. Management needs to do a much better job of maintaining the property, restocking the pet waste stations, keeping common areas clean, repairing amenities, and ensuring that services residents pay for are actually being provided.

  This is the WORST PLACE I HAVE LIVED IN MY WHOLE LIFE, these apartments are disgusting, they are super small, very expensive for what they offer, and the service is the worst of all, the air conditioning has not worked for 5 months and these people do NOTHING about it, there is a bug problem in my apartment, and these people DO NOT HELP, and the pool is small, dirty, and ugly. The gym is good, and that's the only good thing about this place, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. I would give it negative stars if I could, because 1 star is very good for how atrocious this place is.

  Our stay at Retreat is very pleasant. All the maintenance requests were cleared very next day, sometimes even on the same day. Gym, play area everything is good and very secure gated community. Best option for the families with children
