  Very upset about booking a tour, getting a reminder for it, and when showing up nobody being willing to help or assist us in taking said tour. Horrible first impression if this is how you treat potential future clients/residents, how do you treat your current? Again do not tell us to call or contact for resolve, I want reasoning in a reply that real people can see.

  This is the worst apartment I have lived in. When I moved in I had only a few days to find a new place and just found the first place in Google with no tour or anything. I wish I had not done that because this place is horrible. Bugs everywhere, water bill is always so high and I am 1 person I pay $75 + for sewer and water combined which is crazy. I used to pay $30 max for both. The appliances are old and suck and the fridge does not have an ice maker. My lease expires in November and I am def out when it expires and have already found a few places way better and Around the same price range with A WASHER AND DRYER. Units here do not have washer and dryers also… too many bugs. Can’t wait until November!
