I’ve had a really positive experience at this apartment complex. The maintenance team is great and always works hard to take care of any issues that come up. They are responsive, helpful, and make sure things get handled properly.
Management is also very approachable and willing to speak with residents about any questions or concerns. Anai and Leticia are always willing to jump in and help whenever needed, and they really make an effort to support residents.
Alijah and Emily do a great job of keeping the office welcoming and making sure everyone feels seen and acknowledged when they come in. They always have people stopping by the office, but they still make time to speak with residents and help however they can. Jamal is also friendly and helpful and adds to the positive environment.
Overall, the staff works well together and does a great job making residents feel comfortable, supported, and taken care of. I really appreciate the communication and effort they put into the community.
Horrible customer service from the leasing agent, Alijah! Promises unkept, gaslights and very lazy. I can go on because she made my experience really rather stressful and she has this condescending tone about her. I Have extreme discernment And can just tell that there’s something is off with not only her but Their whole process. Don’t be fooled by her initial charm. It’s like they hire The type of personality that aligns with a used car salesman, desperate to fool Those that they think are desperate! I cancelled my application.

My experience with the leasing office has been extremely frustrating, particularly when dealing with Leticia Thurman. I’ve had several unpleasant interactions with her when trying to address legitimate concerns. I’ve gone into the leasing office only to be told I need an appointment, and even after scheduling one, I’ve shown up only to find her out of the office. Communication among the leasing staff has also been inconsistent, with different employees providing conflicting information. I’ve even experienced situations where staff members had side conversations about me within earshot, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
The property management experience overall has been disappointing. Anai, the other property manager, often has her office door closed, and I rarely see her interact with residents who come into the office seeking assistance.
The resident environment has also been frustrating, with recurring issues involving loud music, trash being thrown outside, large gatherings, and parking spaces being occupied by residents and their guests.
Leticia’s approach to resident communication and customer service has been particularly unacceptable in my experience. Residents should not have to struggle to get answers, chase down management, or feel uncomfortable when trying to resolve concerns.
Prospective residents, please read the reviews carefully and ask questions before signing a lease. Once you’re committed to a lease, dealing with ongoing management and community issues can become a long and stressful experience. Management needs to improve communication, professionalism, accountability, and enforcement of community rules. As things stand, my experience has been deeply disappointing.
⚠️ Prospective Residents: I strongly recommend NOT signing a lease here without doing your due diligence first.
I have lived at this community since 2024, and based on my experience with the current management under Leticia Thurman, I would not recommend this property to prospective residents. My concerns go well beyond ordinary frustrations with apartment management. They involve communication, inconsistent enforcement of community policies, and how residents are treated when issues arise.
Since Ms. Thurman became manager, I have personally experienced situations where statements made to me verbally were later changed or contradicted. This is particularly concerning when those statements involve significant decisions affecting my tenancy. In my experience, getting clear answers in writing has also been difficult. Emails frequently go unanswered unless I repeatedly visit the leasing office in person.
I have also personally witnessed what I believe is inconsistent enforcement of community rules based on the residents involved. During Ms. Thurman's management, a mass email was sent addressing people of color who were using the pool and gym after hours and threatening fines and further action. At the same time, I have personally observed Hispanic residents using these same amenities after hours without seeing the same type of mass communication, warnings, or threats directed toward them.
I am not making this statement based on hearsay. I am describing conduct and interactions that I personally witnessed and experienced.
Another recurring concern has been the tone and manner in which management communicates with residents. My interactions with Ms. Thurman have often been condescending and unnecessarily adversarial, particularly when attempting to resolve legitimate concerns. Residents should be able to communicate with property management without feeling that they have to repeatedly show up at the office simply to receive a response.
Most concerning, my current experience has raised serious questions for me about whether community policies are being applied consistently and whether explanations given by management are reliable. When the reason given for a significant decision affecting a resident's tenancy changes depending on the circumstances, that should concern any prospective resident.
My recommendation is simple: DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE without thoroughly investigating the current management and speaking directly with current and former residents.
An apartment is more than the condition of the building, amenities, or appearance of the property. You are also entering into a contractual relationship with the people responsible for managing your home. Based on my experience, the management of this community is the part I would be most concerned about.
If you are considering this property, ask detailed questions about how community rules are enforced, how complaints are handled, how management communicates important decisions, and what happens when a resident disputes management's decision.
I wish I had asked more of those questions before signing my lease.

My first experience walking into the Bridgewater Apartment Home building office was very unfortunate and unwelcoming. I was left untended and unacknowledged by the Assistant Manager, Anai, for 10 minutes while she was no longer occupied with a tenant. She had a very nasty demeanor and facial expression when she walked past us into the other room. She did not assist me or my son when we’re sitting in the lounge patiently for help. It made us feel very uncomfortable and unappreciated. Thankfully, the black guy in the office made us feel seen and heard. He talked to us about the entire process of qualifications and held us down in the meanwhile with his charisma and insight on the apartments. Alijah, The Leasing Professional, completely changed the experience for Us. She was so professional, respectful, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued. She made sure to greet us on her way in and offered us snacks and beverages while we waited to be assisted. When we started the tour, Me and my son were enjoying the company and the overall experience Alijah has given us and We were in talks of possibly becoming tenants. You never know what someone may be going through, so being treated with kindness and respect is really matters. So I want to thank Elijah again for showing up, checking on us, treating us fairly, and turning what started as a disappointing experience into a much better one. You are truly the best!
