  I want to personally recognize Shardonae. I was in the process of looking for apartments from out of town. When I came to 2370Main, Shardonae was the throwing a pool party for the community but in the mist of that she still made herself available for me to tour homes. After my tour she followed up with me, and answered any questions I needed, anytime I emailed her she emailed back within a timely manner, or called to make sure she explained it better. One morning I text their line trying to get information, even though I know I texted before opening, however she called and walked me through everything literally 45 mins before they opened. She really went above and beyond and I truly appreciate her for this. Especially with me moving from out of town. Thank you again Shardonae, you are truly amazing.

  1st let me say you can’t always go on other reviews while some were good and bad. I decided to go for a tour and the staff was nice, the had several options available to show at that time. Walking through the breezeways of two different buildings the were clean and free of what was mentioned on previous reviews . I must say the process of applying was a bit much, but was appreciated because it depends on what type of tenants you will be living next too. My other concern was how good was Maintenance, my last residence they were awesome! When I moved in the washer was not working, made a few requests to be repaired they were there the very next day, it was eventually replaced management communicated with me every step of the way. It’s only been 4 months but so far a 10/10

  I was initially excited about the great location, but the dirty hallways and stairwells were an immediate red flag. Once I stepped into the unit i noticed a paper from the pesticide team stating they did a follow up I looked around and seen it was filled with dead roaches, it became an instant, hard pass.

  I paid the application for the apartment and they separated that apartment at other persons but they never told me nothing, If I didn’t went at the leasing office to asking about that I don’t know nothing, so the answer about that was sorry apply for a other different but the dates don’t help me, so she told me that if not I lose the money, the just stole the money for the application, don’t apply here people.

  This place is amazing. I had an amazing experience working with Shardonae at 2370 Main at Sugarloaf. From the very beginning, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. Shardonae took the time to answer all my questions and made my entire leasing process smooth and stress free, and truly went above and beyond to help to me find the perfect place. She is the reason I decided to lease here! Keep up the excellent work!!!
