  Pros: Price Cons: Customer service is practically non-existent, we pay many fees without the service. We live on the bottom floor. There are a lot of bugs and we pay for pest control. I had to request THREE times before they showed up. We pay for valet trash; sometimes they come, sometimes they don’t. For such poor service and so many extra fees, I wish the leasing office would focus more on fixing the issues than organizing socials for the community. The above issues I could tolerate but what really triggered me was getting a “vacant service charge.” My niece set up electricity 3 days before we were due to move in. The electric company stated they had no appointment dates until about day 5. Not only were we charged for the electricity for the 2 extra days, but we were billed a penalty for the electricity not being on before we moved in. If we received decent customer service, it would not be as irritating.

  So the place is nice and it pet friendly but these people are not cleaning up after their dogs! It’s dog shit every where and it’s disgusting! Like horse size dog shit and they are just leaving it.

  DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK FROM MOLD POISONING, AND END UP IN THE HOSPITAL LIKE I DID!!! They do nothing to help whatsoever. In fact, this has been an ongoing problem. If you look back from past reviews, all they do is paint over the mold spots. The entire place needs to be condemned it’s disgusting and so are all the people that work in the office too. And for anyone who’s currently living there DO NOT DRINK THE WATER DO NOT USE THE ICEMAKERS THE MOLD IS IN THE PIPES AS WELL IT’S IN THE VENTS YOU’RE BREATHING IT IN CONSTANTLY… Has Your family been sick and you can’t figure out why maybe you feel more lethargic than normal I suggest you go get checked out for mold poisoning if you live here before it’s too late

  I came in and toured with Yaya. She was super helpful and went above and beyond to provide details about the community and application process. Im very satisfied with my tour of the property.

  Yaya was honestly AMAZING throughout my apartment tour experience. She was so welcoming, helpful, patient, and genuine from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave realistic advice, and made me feel comfortable instead of pressured. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the best option for my situation and even kept me informed about future pricing opportunities. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just leasing apartments. The property itself was clean, peaceful, and by far one of the best communities I toured all day.
