  We had such a great experience at Clayton Homes of Douglas! Samantha was absolutely wonderful to work with. She showed us four different homes, and our favorite was the “Keep”, it really stood out to us! We’re still a few years away from buying or building, and we’re currently on the fence between going the barndominium route or purchasing a home through Clayton Homes. We were very upfront with Samantha about where we are in the process and what we’re looking for, and she completely understood. What impressed us the most was that she never once pressured us into making a purchase. Instead, she took the time to explain our options, gave us ideas on things we could do now to prepare for the future, and shared some insight and information we hadn’t even considered. She also explained some of the great perks that come with buying through Clayton that we’ll definitely keep in mind when we’re ready. Samantha was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what we wanted in a home. She didn’t just try to sell us a house, she made us feel like she actually cared about helping us find the right option for our family. We really appreciate the time she spent with us and the way she treated us, even knowing we aren’t ready to buy yet. When the time comes, Samantha will absolutely be one of the first people we reach back out to! Highly recommend Clayton Homes of Douglas and especially Samantha! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
