  El gerente y el otro señor de la oficina son terriblemente malos no se porque cambiaron de personal antes cuando estaba yohan era muy bueno pero ahora los que estan no resuelven nada ,hace unos dias mi hermana fue a preguntar una duda que tenía y el señor que desconozco el nombre le grito y la corrió ,siempre atienden con muy mala actitud se tardan mucho en atendernos, a veces ni siquiera estan ocupados y aun asi deciden no atendernos ,la verdad yo solo espero qie mi contrato termine en 2 meses para mudarme ya que eso de la nueva administración no resuelven nada aparate nos tratan muy mal

  Una muy mala experiencia 4 meses viviendo ahi pero estoy arrepentida mantenimiento muy mal servicio el apartment me lo dieron con liqueos refrijerador no funciona los inodoros liquean etc etc.....

  DO NOT MOVE HERE THE PHOTOS WERE WHAT MY APARTMENT LOOK LIKE UPON MOVING IN AND OVER 1 WEEK LATER. NOTHING CHANGED It is embarrassing and absurb that grown adult men can be this useless and incompetent and that someone would entrust them of running this place. I was not able to move in on the day I was supposed to because they haven't cleaned nor refurbished the apartment and would need to replace the flooring. The next day upon returning the apartment was still unfinished as shown on those photos. Broom and dustpan in the middle of the place because the cleaners forgot about them. Trash by the balcony. Dirty dishwasher with dishes from previous tenants. Same for the toothbrush and razors in the bathroom. Broken, and water damaged kitchen cabinets. Messed up light bulb and wall with what look like puke stain. Was it too much to ask for a landlord special paint job. Twice I put in request for maintenance, twice I received email saying they've fixed it only to return to an untouched apartment. When I complained to the property manager, he didn't even realize someone had already moved in. It's been 10 days since I moved in and I hadn't been able to fully move all my stuffs or unbox most things because I've been begging to have someone come over and do something about this. I am a sergeant in the army. I got field training coming up. I will be away for the rest of the month and I was planning to move and settle in before that and the management complete screwd me over. NO COMPENSATION HAS BEEN MADE. DO NOT MOVE HERE

  Dear Management Team, I would like to thank you for providing a pleasant and well maintained living environment in our apartment community. I appreciate the efforts made to keep the property and common areas in good condition. I would like to respectfully suggest that the playground area and surrounding recreational spaces be considered for mosquito and cockroach treatment or fumigation. These areas are frequently used by many children, families, and other residents, and the presence of mosquitoes has become a significant nuisance and may pose a health concern for the community. Additionally, I would like to suggest strengthening the cockroach prevention and pest control program throughout the apartment community. Since residents cook daily in their homes, ongoing preventive measures are important to help reduce and control pest activity. In our apartment, we have noticed an improvement after allowing the pest control service to treat the unit, which has helped reduce the problem. For this reason, it may be beneficial to send a reminder email or community notice encouraging all residents to participate in scheduled pest control treatments whenever possible. Consistent participation throughout the community can help improve the effectiveness of these efforts and contribute to a healthier living environment for everyone. I believe these measures would greatly enhance the health, comfort, and quality of life of all residents. Thank you for your time and consideration.
