The location is absolutely perfect—it sits in a quiet, calm pocket but is incredibly convenient to downtown Decatur, Emory, and the CDC, with quick access to major roadways. The property itself is lovely, with beautiful lush courtyards and a great pool area that feels like a peaceful retreat. The management team and on-site maintenance are responsive, polite, and keep the grounds well-maintained. The floor plans are surprisingly spacious with high ceilings that let in tons of natural light. It's a fantastic, reliable place to call home in North Decatur.
