- EEEbwillJul 15, 20262.0Just like the past reviews the customer service could be better. I have been purposely calling all week and they answer and hang up the phone. I’m glad I’m not reporting that the clubhouse is on fire. To Upper management your front desk and staff can make or break your business. Get people that wants to work and don’t come with the excuses. If you need more help make it known but poor phone etiquette is the foundation of bad customer service.

- KHKeisha HeardJun 17, 20261.0I have paid 2 application fees and they have taken them both and cancelled them and I spoke with Erica on the second time and explained to her that I have the Georgia housing voucher program and she said ok and she was going to start processing the application and when I call back today, to check the status. She kept me on hold for almost an hour just to tell me my application was cancelled again. They are just taking application fees for no reason and I don't have any money for them to keep taking and not giving a reason for doing this . Erica is the one who was supposed to be working on the application but apparently she keeps doing this on purpose. At this point something needs to be done.
- LHLittlesnack HouseMay 23, 20261.0People are always constantly smoking so the fire alarm is constantly going off this time it started going off from 12:00 and it's still going and it's 7:00 in the morning there's also never any parking spaces and there's constantly people coming in through the gate that's never locked that don't even live here there's an open forest in the back where homeless people come through . They always take a long time to fix stuff, and the people in the office are very rude
