  I've been working with Sapir Realty for the management of 15 properties for several years, and I couldn't be happier. Their reporting is exceptional especially when I have a vacancy, I receive a weekly report letting me know exactly where we are holding on turn and leasing showings so I never need to hound them for updates. The reports on tenants and collections are in real time and I can even run my own daily analytics through their system. The transparency and ease of use are fantastic, and the entire team is incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Sapir for anyone looking to manage their properties with confidence.

  Hard to get a hold of. AC went out & the “emergency” phone number for weekends was just their regular office number, so had to deal with 85+ degree temps for 4 days with no urgency or availability. Otherwise has been a decent rental company, but please make it easier & more convenient to get help when needed!
