  Cee from Sapir Realty was absolutely phenomenal! Although he wasn’t there in person for my tour, he went above and beyond by calling me to make sure I had the correct code to access the lockbox and get into the property safely. That small gesture made a big impression on me. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely made sure everything went smoothly. That’s what exceptional customer service looks like! Whether you call it customer service or exceptional leasing service, we need more leasing agents like Cee! His thoughtfulness and professionalism truly stood out.   I love this company!! Anytime I need anything even down to maintenance they are right on it. Rowena assisted me this time and she is a sweet soul. She overly communicated and followed up and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for everything

  This is the absolute worst property management group in the state of Georgia and the city of Atlanta. Please do not waste your time. I promise you do not want to rent lease or work with these people at all. They are absolutely terrible.

  MARK COMODA HAS BEEN EXTREMELY GREAT IN GETTING AN APPROVAL FOR MY FENCE TO GET DONE, REACHING OUT EVERYTIME HE NEEDED TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON VERY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY EVEN WHEN I WAS NOT. THANK YOU MARK I APPRECIATE YOU! NOW LETS GET THIS FENCE UP.
