- SSSerenitySep 29, 20261.0This place definitely needs some MAJOR work. There is no place for children to play. The so-call pool is filled with green nasty gunk. It's trash all over the place. And so many broken-down cars and truck, it looks like a junk yard. They don't even have a leasing office on the premises and I don't blame them. Who would want to work on a property like this. Now I understand you can't reach anyone when you call them. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE!

The same children will run in front of cars and race them down the street. I wouldn’t be surprised if one has been accidentally hit. The rent keeps going up and the quality is going down. Why increase rent when we have no real amenities and no upgrades inside of the apartment. People hanging clothes and blankets over the balconies make the apartment complex look bad. There is also no rent office on site, you have to drive down to the other end Lawerenceville Highway. They do not answer the phone. I really wish my experience was constant here but it started out strong and went down hill from there

- QTQui TheArtistAug 19, 20261.0I had a 12:30 PM tour scheduled by Diego to view a home. I took an Uber all the way here, only to arrive and find that no one is here. There’s a sign on the door stating that they won’t be back until 1:30 PM. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Honestly, I’m choosing to see it as a blessing in disguise because if this is how a scheduled home tour is handled, I can only imagine the things that may go unnoticed or overlooked once someone becomes a tenant. I just wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money coming out here.
