- QTQui TheArtist2 days ago1.0I had a 12:30 PM tour scheduled by Diego to view a home. I took an Uber all the way here, only to arrive and find that no one is here. There’s a sign on the door stating that they won’t be back until 1:30 PM. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Honestly, I’m choosing to see it as a blessing in disguise because if this is how a scheduled home tour is handled, I can only imagine the things that may go unnoticed or overlooked once someone becomes a tenant. I just wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money coming out here.

- SSStephanieJun 4, 20261.0Avoid This Complex: Severe Safety Hazard! I am posting this to warn the community and urge the management to take action. Our neighbor’s home borders this complex, and it continues to be struck by gunfire coming directly from The Pines at Lawrenceville. Most recently, rounds from an automatic weapon shot through the wall and entered a child’s bedroom. This is an ongoing, life-threatening issue! Both the property management and Balfour Residential have been fully aware of this active danger for over six months Management have not installed security cameras or add patrols in the affected area, leaving residents and neighbors at extreme risk. Police are responding, but they cannot catch the shooters in time without better on-site security measures or footage. Living here or near here seems very unsafe. Managements lack of action is irresponsible.
